Beautiful hotel to stay in, Friendly and very attentive to every need

Great place to stay,very friendly people and very clean! Would stay again!

Good location

We have been staying at White Oaks every year for the last 5 years. We were in the south tower for the first time. The rooms are very dated and the washrooms very 1990's. An update is definitely needed!

We loved our tkme here. We had everything we needed onsite and had excellent food at the onsite restaurants

service was excellent but the facility itself, in the rooms seemed very outdated and had some damage.

Lovely room with two double beds. Lovely and large bathroom. Really enjoyed the fine dining restaurant. The dinner : mussles, steak , dessert and coffee were amazing. Breakfast: eggs cooked just the way I like them. Try the turkey sausage because it is so good.breads at both meals had that just baked freshness. The food was exquisite and the service impeccable. Can’t wait to book my next visit.

Clean room but air conditioner/heater very loud. Lovely pool that’s salt water. Good pub. Close to outlet mall and wineries.

I love places

The entire staff was very helpful, extending our time so we could enjoy our spa which was booked for after checkout. The food at LIV was amazing. Front desk was helpful and ensured we had bday champagne at both LIV and Play. The entire experience was enjoyable because of the staff. Highly recommend.

Well located for adventures in the Niagara peninsula. The room was spacious and well equipped. Lovely guest robes. Windows in the room did not open. We used the hot tub and pool after a day of hiking. The hot tub was not so hot and I did not like the fact that a lot of guests were using their cell phones in the hot tub. We called room service for cream for the coffee and it never came. For the price I am not sure I’d go back but there are not a lot of quality opens around.

We have been to this resort 4 times so far, and it's like a dream come true when you are looking for relaxation, tremendous customer service, beautiful rooms that are so clean everything shines. We enjoyed our one night getaway so much to celebrate my birthday. They went out of their way to make me feel special during my entire stay, so spoiled, from the time that we checked in until we departed. We were able to check in early as I had an appointment at the spa which was awesome. My massage with Sarah was perfect. Enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. After my appointment, I went to our room and there was a bag of treats waiting for me! And all gluten-free which was so appreciated! Our server at dinner at Play Bar, Caitlin, was so nice, made some suggestions, brought us a glass of champagne. She was awesome. All in all, this place is fantastic, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We will be back for sure. Thank you to all of the staff who we came in contact with. Truly appreciate this outstanding customer service.

I had no problems at this resort this is actually my second time being there. The restaurant LIV id amazing there. If you need a getaway that’s your spot. The customer service is top-tier and I will be going back several times.

Very nice. Could not access the gym without a separate annual membership. Odd.
