Les chambres sont propres, le choix au petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bons conseils sont donnés. A recommander.

Breakfast choices were reasonable. The staff were nice but the hinges on the cupboard had broken and we couldn’t closed the door and it was not fixed.

Small, somewhat clean room, good breakfast. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you, reception staff said room was only booked but not paid. Had to show them proof that all was paid. Stayed here a few years ago because staff were so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, This is no longer the case.

This hotel is fantastic, it is very elegant and clean, has a good history within the city, is located close to the hub for train, underground, tram and bus and also the park with the famou big wheel. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean at all times. Could not fault the hotel and would recommend to everyone

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location for our purposes. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Our breakfast was included as part of the package and there was a good selection of foods on offer.

Hotel tres bien situé qui permet de rejoindre la ville historique ou la gare ou la plage de l'alto Donau en tres peu de temps. Tres belle offre de restos et autres achats dans les environs. Grand parc du Prater juste à côté. Petit dejeuner avec un large choix et le tout de qualité. Service accueillant et impeccable. A recommander.

Excellence breakfast with fresh fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, cooked, cakes and pastries. Good coffee and juice options. Large clean room with large comfortable bed and excellent shower with separate W.C. Good, quiet AC and obliging staff. Left luggage room for storage on last day. On arrival our room was available at 12:30. Walkable to centre in 20 mins or 2 stops on nearby tube station. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a wonderful hotel. My favorite and lucky to have the chance to stay there every year. Great breakfast, great location with plenty of character, close enough to major sites but not touristy, clean, all the amenities one needs/wants. Like many hotels in Vienna, has an interesting history (composer of Gone with the Wind born there). Reasonable price. I really like this hotel!

The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was very good and had many offerings.

The hotel was well located to walk into the centre of Vienna (approximately 30 minutes) but it was lovely to return to the area around it after a day in bustling Vienna and enjoy the local cafes/restaurants/bars. The Prater funfair was also fascinating to walk around, only 5 minutes away. Facilities at the hotel were good, although the fitness room was closed due to work during our visit. Breakfast was good and enjoyed eating it outside on the terrace. Staff were all very helpful, room was well fitted and clean. It is also easy to get a direct train to the airport from Praterstern station, the hotel happy to store luggage for us after we had checked out.

Fantastic hotel in a great location.. staff are great, extremely clean, well appointed rooms and a fantastic breakfast… minutes to two metro stations, fabulous!
