Everything is good except matters. Matters was not relaxed

We had a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Rooms stayed cool in the heat. Ample parking. And basic, but good breakfast available in the morning.

I was super happy with my stay. The only thing I would maybe upgrade a bit is the breakfast. Thank you.

Stains on the bed sheet and the towels smelled weird.

Great stay

Stayed with kids, overall a very nice hotel. Clean, maintained, had a great pool with a slide. Breakfast could have had more options but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were acceptable from cleanliness with the exception of the shower curtain. The shower curtain was filthy. Breakfast was disappointing and overall the hotel smelled old and musty. The slide in the pool was fast and a lot off fun. I would not recommend this hotel.

Quick check-in, clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast wasn’t elaborate but it covered the basics- coffee, toast, cereal.

AC sound is high

Overall, our stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved. The front desk service was disappointing. When we arrived for check-in, the gentleman at the front desk remained on a phone call and seemed unconcerned that we had been waiting for quite some time. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, with limited variety and not many options to choose from. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay comfortable. However, the bed linens were noticeably worn and could definitely be replaced. The highlight of the hotel is the excellent swimming pool and hot tub. Just be aware that towels are not provided in the pool area, so you'll need to bring the towels from your room. With improvements to customer service, breakfast, and the condition of the bedding, this hotel could provide a much better overall guest experience.

This property was okay for a one night stay. The hotel needs some upgrades. The washrooms were not the cleanest in the rooms, the baseboards and corners need a good scrub and the room need a good dusting. The area around the building was noisy.

Convenient location to the highway 1, clean and new facility. Love it and would definitely recommend to anyone who passes by

The AC was loud, The free breakfast… well it was free The front end staff were very friendly

The door exiting the parkade won’t raise the door most of the time even when the front end of my car is so close to the door it almost hits it. This is happening a lot of the time
