Like having security walking around during the night and making sure it's safe

The room in the main building was nicer compared to the motel section (less musty smelling). I had to go back to the hotel to check for lost earrings. I attempted to call the lost and found line but there was no answer and they said they closed at 4pm (I went back earlier than that and found that the lost and found staff had gone home.) Updating hours for that would be helpful. The front desk staff were helpful and had gone up to the room to check but said they couldn't find anything. I asked if I could take a look and they accompanied me. I ended up finding both earrings on the floor of the bathroom so that was a win. Breakfast is minimal but everything was good enough for the price.

The rooms are nice and clean. The parking lot is easy to access. The only downside was I misread that the pool/hot tub was closed. I was looking forward to it!

The staff were excellent to deal with. Breakfast was ok with boiled eggs, waffles, toast, apples, 2 kinds of cereal and yogurt so it was sufficient. The room was dated but generally clean except the sofa REALLY needed a solid cleaning. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so I can’t speak to that other than to say we were disappointed. It is good that they were doing that though . We were on the 4th floor & the 3rd floor was closed for renovations. Truly it appeared that they were giving it a complete overhaul so the hotel is obviously trying to make improvements which is commendable. Coffee, tea and ice water was available in the lobby at all times which was very nice. Overall a comfortable stay for a decent price. Would stay again. Thank you Super 8!

The furniture in our room was disgusting. Had to cover the chair with a towel so we could sit on it.

Not a fan of this hotel. Our room had a terrible smell. Left early. Fine for a quick stay but we were on vacation with kids.

Doing Reno’s Painting everywhere and pools was closed.

They were doing some renovations and room upgrades which is always good to see. Continental breakfast is average at best but tons of close restaurants right there within walking distance.

I booked at this hotel for the pool and when we got there it was clised for renovations. If i would have known i would have booked somewhere else.

Parking was convenient and free, which was a great bonus. While I’m not certain how secure the lot is, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on those amenities. However, the room itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it didn’t appear to have been properly vacuumed. The biggest downside was the bathroom, the shower pressure was very weak, and the bathtub drain was extremely slow, which made for an unpleasant experience standing in pooled water. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and bathroom maintenance.

There was plenty of parking but a little bit tight. The room was good enough but the one we stayed in smelled musty/stuffy.

Stayed here before and it was ok. So decided to stay again. This time the room smelled, found a pill on the floor in the bathroom. (Travelling with pets and a child) The bed was not made properly. The bed spreads had stains on. Probably won’t stay here again.

We were in town for a family event and found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly. The TV required codes and memberships that were not working at the time and the breakfast provided was extremely low on choices. Great place if all you need is a comfortable clean bed for the night.

I love this location. It's got alot of eating places close by, it's quiet and easy to get to.
