In room n206 a screw was lose in the shower and the hand held shower was not so good, other then that the place was amazing

Katastrof ! Ingen påfyllnad av toa papper i rummet, fick fixa själv. Personalen gav bort vårt rum under vistelsen så två män hade access till rummet ett dygn innan utcheckning.Utomhuspoolen gick inte att använda separat, cen ingick i Spa och var så skitkall så det var ingen som kunde bada i den. Det kostade 20EUR för enbart detta och man var tvungen att regga alla sina uppgifter i ett system för att kunna nyttja Spa. Det var inte så nära till stranden som det uppgavs på hemsidan. Tog 25 min med Taxi till den riktiga sandstranden. Personalen sa fel adress till oss till stranden så vi fick jätteproblem att komma dit. Rummet låg som i en labyrint i en annan byggnad av hotellet så man var tvungen att ta två hissar för att kunna komma till rummet varav den ena hissen var avstängd i omgångar. Frukosten var dock bra men kan inte rek detta hotell till någon. Finns inte en enda vanlig restaurang i närheten. Låg någon Japansk med gångavständ där man var tvungen att boka bord en dag i förväg. Annars endast ett avhämtningsställe för Pizza. Taxi till allt man behöver göra. Gick inte att gå till City Center

The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere and staff were helpful and offered advice on where to eat/ visit. Honesty bar was great and breakfasts were excellent with loads of choice - would recommend.

Tive uma boa experiência no hotel, com alguns pontos muito positivos, mas também aspectos que poderiam melhorar. Pontos positivos: O quarto para duas pessoas tem um bom tamanho e, no meu caso, tinha uma sacada com vista para o Etna, o que fez bastante diferença. A cama é confortável, garantindo uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade. Além disso, o restaurante do hotel para jantar é excelente e vale a pena. Pontos negativos: O travesseiro não é confortável. No café da manhã, apesar da qualidade, o sistema é um pouco confuso: parte dos itens fica disponível, mas outros precisam ser pedidos, o que não é muito prático. Também senti falta de mais opções salgadas, já que há predominância de doces. Outro ponto importante é que o hotel está em obras, e isso não foi informado previamente — algo que deveria ser avisado aos hóspedes. Há certa confusão no acesso entre a recepção e os quartos, e os elevadores apresentaram problemas todos os dias, fazendo com que frequentemente tivéssemos que usar as escadas. A iluminação do quarto é fraca, e a disposição das tomadas é ruim — poucas e mal posicionadas. Localização: A região é ok. Não é central, mas é prática para quem pretende fazer bate-volta para outras cidades da região.

Too far from the touristy stuff, it was a $20 Uber ride to go anywhere, but the airport was only a 25 minute drive. It’s newly done, all modern, very clean. Staff was super nice. Loved our stay.

This is not close to any attractions you will need to uber to old town

Beautiful and restful place to stay upon our arrival in Sicily. The driver charged us $50 euro upon arrival and $40 euro when we went back to pick up our vehicle which I thought was very expensive. The breakfast was outstanding! Beautiful veranda! aurora was sweet and helpful!

Demasiado lejos del centro. Generó gran incomodidad y gastos extras de taxis de ida y vuelta todos los dias!!!!!!!! Dentro del hotel también fue incómodo el traslado de un edificio al otro todos los días, escaleras y ascendores.

Unable to get hot water in the shower. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Service good and breakfast good.

Tras una muy malas experiencias en Sicilia nos fuimos con un buen recuerdo de nuestro viaje gracias a este maravilloso hotel. Un trato exquisito y una estancia muy reparadora. Todo muy limpio , y una cocina excepcional! Lo recomendaría sin dudar!

Top-Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Essen im Restaurant. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Etwa 4 km zum Stadtzentrum. Jeden morgen gesunder 45 min. Spaziergang.

This property is beautiful just remodeled and so well maintained.All the staff was very nice and friendly! Away from crowds and all the noise,but 5 min away with transportation to city center.
