THE ROOMS WERE OLD AND DIRTY. WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED. TRAVELING 4 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN. WE LOOKED AT BREAKFAST PRE-WRAPPED EGG SANDWICH. WE LEFT AND HAD BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Still charged full price with dirty room and the pool being shut down none of the vending machines worked on any floor of the building bathtub leaked water all night long not happy at all with anything there

Room was good and clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was not great with few options. No non-dairy milk options, no bananas or hardboiled eggs. Fox News was loudly playing in the breakfast room.

Good for the price . Older not dirty just stained up. Breakfast was just ok no much for gluten sensitivity people.

Room had a moldy smell to it. Toilet didn’t flush properly shower head hose was broke

Front desk still has COVID-era dividers. Pool is closed for repaired. Mattress is uncomfortably thin. Bedside lamp cannot be turned off, possibly caused by improper wiring. Bathtub tap is leaking water.

Went with my kids to stay for the weekend and the pool was closed. The kids were really upset.

The property was a bit old but clean and comfortable enough, worth the price.

Upon checking in was told that the pool was closed for maintenance. Son was obviously upset with this. Wad then asked if it was going to be an issue? With a non-refundable non-transferable reservation, I don't have much of a choice on whether it's an issue or not I either eat the cost of stay because no pool, then try and book last minute room somewhere else with one or just stay there and not swim.

Hotel needs to be remodeled. Old and dirty bathroom.

The front desk staff was lovely tho not there when I arrived. The hotel is run down, gym equipment didn’t work, AC was not working except in the room, the breakfast had no vegetarian options - just gross sausage biscuits, and the kitchen staff person was awful. I asked her to turn the TV off and she refused at first. She then called a maintenance guy who attempted to intimidate me. I spoke to the front desk about it. My room had a hole in the bathroom door, there were roaches. GROSS

Nice overall. Pool was advertised but broken. Bathroom was peeling, faucets corroding and leaking, tub not suitable for my children to use for a bath, only showers.

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and recent renovations. But after check we discovered the pool was closed. The carpets were all lumpy and our lamp had a busted shade. The coffee maker in the room was inoperable. The plumbing was leaking in the bathroom. It was just a mess. Most staff spoke little English and not very friendly. Just a very bad experience. Will not go to a sleep Inn ever again.

A good stay for the price.
