We have stayed here before back in 2019. We returned with a group of 15 people because we really enjoyed our first trip. Things have definitely gone downhill, but it is still an enjoyable resort. All trips have hiccups, but we did seem to have quite a few…. AC not working, coffeemaker spewing boiling water, ice machine doesn’t work, cockroaches. The maids were super inconsistent. Sometimes we would have enough towels for every person, as well as a hand towel and mat, other days we got only 3 towels for 4 people and no hand towel or mat. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning in a review. Food is average. Often out of basics drinks (I would estimate 40% of the time they did have any form of diet/zero pop) - they even ran out of rum. Main pool turned super cloudy a few days after we arrived and never cleared. Couldn’t see the bottom it was so murky. There are 5 restaurants that you normally have to make reservations for - but they didn’t tell us anything about them. When we inquired the next day we were told they are all prebooked and we didn’t get any choices on which restaurants or timing because we booked through Expedia and therefore don’t get to choose. This was incredibly frustrating as we travelled as a group for our 20th anniversary and couldn’t even do dinner together. We spoke to a manager after being told there was nothing they could do, and they did make it happen for us thankfully. Was never given any info (map, restaurant hours, etc).

Beautiful beaches and clean resort.

Bedding and towels were dirty overall resort seems outdated food at the buffet was good customer service definitely was not the best I’ve experienced a lot better at other resorts in punta Cana

First time visiting it wasn’t that bad had a good time. I’d probably rated right under a four. Most of the staff was friendly so expect you to even pay a tip in American money but kind of rude. It’s like hey I’m still giving you a tip other than that, what can I really say it all depends on people that you meet drinks for free food was free. The beach was there. I had a good time couldn’t really complain much. I think there could be more events going down at night time. I think that was one of the biggest downfalls is event happening at night time And I feel like there should be another two spots where they play some different music instead of the main lobby place.

I didn’t like how rude the staff was. The buffet staff was rude. Most of the staff wasn’t attentive. Not that many food options. The costumer services was very much not good at all.

La que limpio el cuanto..lo hizo muy muy mal pelos siempre en el baño que no eran mios no limpiaba la cafetera me dejo frisa mojada para yo aroparne tenia que estar pidiendo toallas ..fue lo unico muy malo todo lo demas excelente

Very nice property. The only thing I will say is the music by the swim up bar was way too loud. But very nice place to stay

Service exellent & Pool

Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Leider hat es in meinem ersten Zimmer von der Decke getropft, ich konnte aber glücklicherweise Zimmer wechseln. Die Badezimmer sind an sich noch gut, könnten aber mal eine Grundreinigung vertragen (Fugen, Kalk etc.)

Me gustó mucho. La playa muy linda. Tiene muchas piscinas. Excelente servicio.

Everything was great. All the areas were properly clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and you have a huge variety to choose every day.

Getting to the resort u go through a town with garbage all over the place. Nice in the resort the grounds were clean and a lot of landscaping maintenance going on.

Court séjour entre amis et famille dans ce resort ancien mais très bien rénové par le groupe hôtelier Barcelo. Check in et out super rapide grâce au très efficace Fermin à la réception, personnel du restaurant buffet très sympathique et serviable, environnement très vert et propre, plage magnifique.

Deberían de cuidar más la piscina, hay muchos vasos

Fue un resort muy bueno a decir verdad, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar. Las instalaciones y actividades son buenas. El único inconveniente que le vi es que no te dejan sacar snacks del restaurante y a veces está muy lleno y la espera es larga.
