We had a good stay, room was clean, and staff are very helpful and friendly. They are however under construction, and lobby and rooms are being updated, so there was disruption and elevators were being used by contractors and painters, so there was a longer than usual wait to get in and out of them. The service and willingness to accommodate definitely made up for it, but it was a disruption. Once construction is complete, I would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful with an amazing restaurant and bar. Valet service was incredible. My stay was perfect. The only downer was construction on the street, but this is out of the hotels control.

Would not have stayed if knew about construction outside and inside

Hotel has just gotten better and better?

A gem of a hotel, with lovely rooms and a rooftop bar which reopened for the season on the day we arrived. There was renovation underway that they said would be done within three days. This made waiting for the single elevator a bit tedious. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. The service was great. We ate in the steakhouse attached to the hotel, which was very pleasing. All in all, a fabulous stay.

This is such a charming hotel with a lovely staff and an amazing restaurant right in the heart of Old Montreal. You can't beat it for the price - Truly wonderful!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Perfect location.

Great location. It is currently under renovations, both the road its on, and the hotel itself. The rooms were queit and bedding was good. Overall, good stay but a warning of construction would be appreciated. Parking is valet only and with the roads being closed for pedestrians and construction, it was difficult getting to the hotel.

Although the hotel was under renovation, it was well managed. We had a bit of an issue in the room but management settled it in a wow, way. Well done, we will go back

We loved this cozy, charming and well-located hotel! Rooms are on the smaller side but it’s to be expected for such an old building. Very close to lots of Montreal staples. We will be back! Lovely staff as well.

If a hotel is under construction and key things like the gym are not available you have to advertise that before you accept the booking

Lovely location but unfortunately a huge amount of roadworks in front of the property (although we were warned of this is our pre-check in email a day or so before arrival), but also, more importantly

Very cosy place, beds were 10/10 had very good sleep. Staff was very friendly and it was super clean. Great value

Room 216 had the most amazing tub I have ever enjoyed. Truly brilliant design. Bed incredibly comfortable too. They are renovating both inside the hotel and the street so that is challenging. Breakfast was delicious!!! Great staff too.

The property is going through renovations. While rooms were clean, the dust in the property was bad. They should be transparent about renovations. It is not stated on their website.
