Great hotel in the marina. Very clean, comfortable and modern. I highly recommend this hotel. Has on site underground parking for 25 euros a day. Very safe. Great price. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. Would stay again.

Skønt hotel, lækker morgenmad, og udsigt til delfin show udenfor vinduet fra akvariet overfor. Beliggenhed er optimal tæt på akvariet, experimentariet (for børn), den lokale pool og flere legepladser og spisesteder tæt på. Det lå også tæt på deres taxaholdeplads, så tur/retur til lufthavnen var super nemt. Vi kommer gerne igen

Location, rooms, and staff are very helpful, excellent. Parking essential if you have a car HOWEVER, if you have something larger than a Fiat 500 or Panda, the garage is going to be beyond tight. Fills up on weekends.

Large hotel, quite highly priced. A bit too worn for its price. Good sleep quality. Nice breakfast with kind personnel. Front desk staff not very interested in customers.

bien positionné en dehors de la zone ZTL et pa spoon du centre, bateaux de croisière à côté, un excellent petit déjeuner, chambre très bien . Un parking fermé surplace , payant.

Fint hotell, gode senger med passe tykke dyner. Stille og rolig på tross av at det var sentralt i sentrum.

This is a well located property. Very nice location close to the old city and all the wonderful food and prime places to see. I would love to give a 5 star rating but in honesty this is not a four star property. We were disappointed with the room, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was just not that good much to our disappointment. In the city with delicious cappuccino, they were horrible here. Not even a whiff off salmon to be found. A serious phone call requesting assistance for help to the front desk was met with a sorry we can't help you. Just not ready for prime time. I will look elsewhere on my next trip to Genoa.

We arrived at the hotel at around 10:00 p.m. and were left standing outside because we couldn’t get in. There was no clear information about the hotel’s operating hours or any instructions on how to access the property after that time. It was a very frustrating and stressful experience, especially after a long trip. Due to the lack of communication and organization, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff, room and location were ok.

Really lovely hotel ideally placed for the Marina, the aquarium, and the mediaeval town. Nowhere was too far to walk. It was also incredibly calm away from the hustle and bustle.

Camera presa in offerta superior view con balcone. Camere molto pulite. Si camere, perché abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e la camera ci é stata cambiata con altra Entrambe molto pulite e confortevoli, l'addetta alla reception é stata molto gentile. La colazione molto varia e di ottima qualità davanti al porticciolo di Genova. La struttura in una posizione ottima pochi passi dal centro, metro vicina. Struttura 10 non altrettanto la città.

The room was clean and large air conditioned and the largest t v in italy.Great enjoyed.We'll come back again.The breakfast buffet was awesome.You could order your own omelets.Because the mushy eggs might not be for you.Also, the pillows in the bed were superb.I wanna buy a pillow for a hundred euros.Great stay please book it

Restaurant manager being a complete Jobsworth😡 Sat on a table in the sunshine. Asked for a drink. He said the tables were reserved I asked where the reserved signs were. He said I will place them when I’m ready. I asked what time were they reserved it was forty minutes later. I asked for a drink to sit in the sun and said I would move when the other people arrived he refused to serve me and made a scene. I stayed without a drink till the other people and then left. It’s the same menu every night 😡 Will not stay here again.
