I stay at this hotel every time I am in Genoa and overall it remains my preferred choice. The location, staff, cleanliness and services are all excellent. However, the property would benefit from some maintenance. The elevator door sensors do not always work properly and can be inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning worked perfectly on the first night but stopped working on the second night, which made the room less comfortable. Apart from these maintenance issues, the hotel is very good and I will continue to stay here during my visits to Genoa.

Hotel stupendo al centro del porto Antico di Genova, posizione meravigliosa a due passi dal centro storico. Personale gentile e professionale. Unica nota: quando sono arrivato ho chiesto del parcheggio e mi hanno detto che era a disposizione dei clienti sia quello esterno che quello interno, al momento del chekout mi hanno comunicato che era a pagamento (25 euro day), per correttezza sarebbe da dire subito, da come mi era stato proposto sembrava gratuito.

Stökigt område, jobbigt med urlastning av bagaget och parkering. Rummen halvbra, dåliga sängar. Fin utsikt över hamnområdet från bar och restaurant.

Ideal location but difficult to drive there. Very busy tourist location. Suggest you park underground at the hotel for security. It is very tight, so no really big vehicle.

Paying extra for balcony with view is a nonsense - inner part and one level up means that you see nothing Bathroom with shower without border is nuts - after shower you can’t use the space anymore as there is water all over A true disappointment and definitely not worth what I paid

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good.

The room was just ok. When I asked if the could bring an iron to room I was told I need to go downstairs to the business room where they have an iron and board setup. Never seen that before.

Ho potuto effettuare un check in anticipato ed utilizzare il “prezioso” parcheggio dell’hotel in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Camera pulita e silenziosa
