Horrible place needs a full upgrade or maybe better yet knock it down and re build the entire site.

Dirty, run down place

We were given a room key and walked into someone already sleeping in there in the middle of the night. We had to go back to front desk and was given a king bed room on the other side of the property, when the prepaid booking was for 2 bed room. This time key does not work, had to go back all the way around in the middle of night and this time got our 2 bed room. Shower drain was clogged, and by 6am when we woke up, there were 2 tiny roaches in the closet area and 2 by the vanity in the bathroom. It was disgusting and a very bad experience, especially the part we walked into someone’s room in the middle of the night. Felt horrible for the other guest as well.

Bed bugs the hotel tried to keep our deposit because towels was dirty from there floor

Stayed here several time and on 2 ocassions not all the lights worked

Great check in service, while older property with wear, the room was clean and safe.

Horrible experience

Try to check in at 9:30 at night. I went through three rooms one was filthy the second one the TV didn’t work. The third one was filthy and the TV didn’t work and the fourth one the TV didn’t work, but I took it because I was just fto Ttired I wouldn’t stay there on a l. Terrible stay could not get a refund because he told me I got a third-party person because I use Expedia to get the room. I said whatever didn’t offer me a discount didn’t offer. Nothing didn’t even apologize last time La Quinta.

Very satisfying

The staff was excellent in checking us in. The room was very unclean including pubic hairs in bathtub. Very dark on property.

Staff was attentive

Hotel needs renovation and to use pest control as we found spiders and roaches in the room. The bed was the only thing that was worthwhile as they use enough bleach on the sheets .

Got what I needed which was a place to sleep the night. Breakfast could’ve been better. Staff was friendly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AT CHECKIN

Between the shot out window on the front door, the prostitute in the front lobby and the roaches in the room I promptly checked out three minutes after checking in. This hotel should be condemned and the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel.

Not great but sufficient for an overnight graduation.

On our drive up to Tallahassee, i made the mistake of reading the reviews for this hotel. Then i scrolled the site's reviews and I have no idea how I missed this insight before booking. I decided not to stay here because of the terrible reviews for cleanliness and breakfast. I never went to the hotel. We booked somewhere else because i could not take what seemed like a huge risk after such a long drive.

I believe this property is old and is currently being renovated so there is some work still to be done. I’m sure it will be as lovely as other LaQuinta facilities when the work is finished. The young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer - very professional!

The area is awesome, our hotel room was halfway modern but the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned several times. They didn't come clean the room daily either!
