I have stayed in London many times over the years and would say that, for the money, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was barely civil and the whole hotel felt extremely run-down. The room was in need of painting and several things were not working. I could only find one functional electrical outlet, the TV was not operational (turns out the cable had been unplugged), and the safe's mechanism was pulled away from the door -- the batteries were lying in the safe, and the door could not close as it was misaligned. The heated towel racks weren't working and when I asked about them, I was told they had been disabled throughout the hotel as they were a safety hazard. (A sign indicating that might have been nice.) The drawers to the desk wouldn't close properly and there was a slight odor throughout. When I requested a new room, the staff grudgingly agreed. The new room was marginally better - at least the TV worked. In addition, there is no food available at the hotel, not even vending machines. I was very glad I was only staying the one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is in great location for Wembley and tub but hotel is in need of a refurbishments as rooms are outdated and carpets are stained Mould on bathroom ceiling

The hotel was exceptionally well located for both the Troubadour theatre & Wembley stadium. Having free parking is a great asset. Some areas of the hotel look a little 'tired', particularly the bar. Our room was a good size and the shower (over the bath) worked well. Quite a lot of road noise at night.

Bed was not good springs were popping up through the mattress. Big crack in the bathroom sink. A lot of road noise. But you get what you pay for was cheap and cheerful

The staff on reception were very friendly, easy check in. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and had a great night's sleep. Will use this hotel again if I come back to Wembley. Thanks for a great stay

The hotel is dated, but was clean and was located near to station with a direct underground link to the city.

Für einzelne Übernachtungen ist das Hotel optimal. Für einen Längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht. Die Zimmer sind ok zum übernachten, aber auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gesprungene Und wacklige Fliesen, freie Elektrik an der Heizung.... Aber das Zimmer an sich sauber.

We were allowed to check in early.We asked for extra pillows & we got them within 10 minutes .If anything the rooms just need a lick of paint but everything else was really good
