Great location! So close to downtown and lovely staff

Close to downtown Reykjavik, within easy walking distance to Hallgrímskirkja, Harpa, the Sun Voyager monument, and the main shopping annd dining area, it was a great location for a brief stay in the city. We were able to do a lot in a short time. Picked up a bus within a block to the National Museum. The hotel is not fancy, but very comfortable and well run, part of a large group of Center Hotels in Reykjavik. Our room was not cramped and the bed quite comfortable. It was a good choice for less than top dollar.

La peculiarità della struttura è la sua posizione eccellente. Pochi passi dalle attrazioni più importanti e dalle vie turistiche. Attorno all'hotel tanti piccoli caffè e tanti pub utili per ristorarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Il personale è gentile, premuroso e attento. La camera, non nuovissima avrebbe bisogno di una piccola rinfrescata. Ma nel complesso sono soddisfatta anche in relazione alla tranquillità che si respirava nei luoghi comuni dell'hotel.

Easy stay, very clean. Very professional staff.

Everything was great but it is loud from time to time. Bar across the street open late. Then trash pickup and other work nearby is very early. With earplugs it was fine.

Our room was on the street across from the Irishman Bar- very loud both nights until about 2 am. Otherwise, stay was good!

Excellent customer service, very good breakfast, walking distance to bus stop and city center.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the wifi constantly disconnects and doesn’t have a lot of juice. I had to do a few video calls for work, and that was difficult. Staff was extremely friendly and everything we clean and maintained. Mattresses could use an upgrade but there’s nothing wrong with them

Breakfast was minimal. Coffee, juice and toast. Parking was off-site.

Not a lot of outlets, would be better with bedside. Breakfast nice.

Center Hotels Klapparstígur is GREAT! Faruq and the entire staff are excellent. Very helpful, pleasant, kind and customer focused. Some hotels are just a money grab but this Reasonably priced property is a great value especially when you consider the service! Definitely going back to Reykjavík and staying here again.

Great property, but our room was in front of the pub and it was very loud until 3am. Very difficult to sleep. Additionally, the temperature was very hot inside the room.
