Note no pool so didn’t rate that Sta was ok, big room. Good service

Chambre propre visuellement mais avec une moquette qui colle , la barre de la baignoire toute rouillée ou les contours des velux moisis . Chambre pas du tout isolée ou nous avons entendu les ébats amoureux de nos voisins de chambre alors que notre enfant était juste a coté ! Le petit déjeuner sucré est correct

Didn’t use the bar.

It was fresh. Coffee was only one slow machine, toaster was also only one slow machine. Pastries were fresh and good quality. Would have liked coffee-milk (coffee mate or condensed). Had expected scrambled eggs.

Lovely staff!

On arrival the heating control was set at 18 degrees and could not be overridden, rang reception there was no answer. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower.

Currently undergoing some renovations but this didn’t impact on our stay. Good location about 15 mins walk from the centre but also on a bus route. Parking was included

Room was very clean and tidy. However for £150 a night inc breakfast, id expect a Coffee machine in the room. Nespresso or akin. Breakfast: coffee machine drink was simply terrible- slow as well. Need a decent fast machine. Ended up asking for a coffee from the bar which had a proper machine. Given free. Juice was bad as well- watered down package stuff. Over done the water ratio. Rest of the breakfast was adequate- nothing special. Venue: lovely location with free parking. Three star rating that could be Four with a bit of attention to detail.

Room was so lush and tidy, and hotel staff are so kind! Amazing place
