Needs a lot of TLC, old charm but very dated. Nice staff. Packet of coffee in room but when I asked for a tea bag they wanted to charge me room service!

Breakfast wonderful with fresh fruit, fresh taste coffee and a great selection of hot food . Surpassed my personal expectations in regards of customer service. Extraordinary personnel always willing to make sure we do enjoy our morning at the Veranda Patio

Wonderful stay. All the staff was kind and thoughtful.

The rooms were clean. The future two complementary waters and coffee which was surprisingly tasty. The breakfast was absolutely divine. My wife and I had a great deal many options to choose from yet we had to eat breakfast twice there

NO RESPETARON LOS BENEFICIOS QUE EXPEDIA ME DIO, diciendo que no tenía ningún crédito ni promoción. El agua fría salió sucia en la tina y en el lavabo, dijeron que era "normal" por el tiempo que lleva "estancada". La regadera tiene mucha presión, por lo que sufrí cuando me bañé. A pesar de ser un "clásico", le falta bastante mantenimiento. Al inicio me dieron una habitación que parecía ratonera (la última del hotel en el último rincón de todo, obvio tenía una iluminación y una vista terrible que ir daba a un embudo); de inmediato pedí mi cambio.

The reception is the only area that truly reflects the website photos—everything else is clearly showing its age. Even the gym equipment feels outdated and stuck in a different era.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour celles et ceux qui aiment les quartiers animés. L’hôtel possède de beaux espaces très « grand siècle » mais reste également dans son jus… La chambre est vaste mais à l’ancienne avec un éclairage pas très agréable et une salle de bains dans son jus… Pas de gel douche et un rideau de douche très douteux… Le personnel est assez neutre, sans beaucoup d’échanges avec les clients, à moins de leur remettre un pourboire…

Staffs were super helpful but the property needs serious update/repair. To begin, broken elevator and steep stairs to climb up to the 5th floor at 2000 altitude is not fun. Then coming back to WiFi no able to connect for two days in a row. And the noise from insufficient insulated windows leaking sound from nearby pubs and clubs… Stay away if you prefer NOT to climb stairs to your room, working WiFi, and peaceful place to rest.
