Clean room, comfortable. TV went offline and downloaded software for a number of hours. The low water volume and low water pressure in the shower was unacceptable.

Room was clean, staff friendly and efficient, pool, hot tub and slide great.

First time I've ever stayed a hotel where they start cleaning shortly after 5am. Between vaccums running and extremely loud radios. So loud It managed to wake my kids up.

It was okay room needs a new mattress though.

Booked this room for my mom last minute, she got a flat just outside of High Level while traveling. The staff was very helpful over the phone (yes I was actually able to talk to a person!) and accommodating, and she said the hotel/room was great!

Staff we pleasant and efficient

They wanted me to put down a 500 dollar deposit for 2 rooms for 1 night. I paid in cash so I would get it back in the morning. Credit card would have been held for up to a week

Even with the fire evacuation's in progress around the community, the Super 8 Hotel was efficient, courteous and welcoming to all guests .

Bed was not comfortable - felt like there was a piece of cardboard between mattress and box spring.

The room was not clean Staff were friendly Weve stayed at the super8 for years but it has deteriorated and the price has doubled Wont be staying there again
