Horrible stay. Room was a disaster and when wiped over with wet wipe it was left black all over the room. Horrible breakfast to even offer that for free is a crime. Staff was nice only plus to the stay and if weren’t for location would never recccomend.

To expensive, The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, however the hotel is old, the hallways are dark, the rooms look older, chipped furniture, actual keys not key cards. We could not turn the fan in the bathroom off, it was annoying. The breakfast is non-existent, extremely limited, some cereal, bread, bagel, muffins and fruit, with a 4 slice toaster, No decaf coffee option. We didn't bother with it, did not look appealing. Convient to stay for Rogers Stadium.

Clean room and friendly staff

The hotel is well situated if you plan to go a concert at the Rogers Stadium and is close to train and restaurants. It is clean. The front desk is on the 2nd floor which was a bit strange. The downfall of the place is the breakfast and the dining area. Both are not great. But I will definitely go back if I need a short and convenient stay in Toronto.

Nice room

We were going for a major event at Rogers Stadium which got cancelled day of because of weather and being unsafe. We called to see if we could move reservations to new schedule and they were unwilling to accommodate at all. We continued to go and stay but overall it would have been nice to have consideration over weather as well from hotel.

Our room was clean but we were disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Only one tea bag in the room. Breakfast was minimal and we were pushed out by the staff! The Check in and out were very efficient with friendly staff. Parking was great! But the facility needs upgrade!

The elevator had big noise. My room was next to elevator. That noise kept me awake.

Hotel itself was nice however the front door is kinda hidden. Our room was comfortable until the roof of our bathroom began leaking water heavily and we were then switched. Elevators were a bit sketchy in my opinion, very loud and the buttons didn’t always work. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Convenient. Staff are amazing. Not sure how secure it is as entrance on the ground level is easily accessible to anyone, and reception is on 2nd floor.

Parking was fine (I think they have a security guard in casual wear circling the lot). Didn't partake of the breakfast.

It was okay. When there is an event, there is no parking. We had to stay up later than we should have to move our vehicle from the legion lot to hotel property lot. As we were here for work, it did affect sleep and we were later to work than we wanted due to sleeping in as physical jobs are exhausting sometimes. That was frustrating. I also had to report a broken toilet seat and they offered to move us but we already unpacked before we noticed. They did repair it while we were out and they were in for cleaning which was a nice surprise. Would stay again if needed but the price could be better if this is the experience going forward. It was cheaper the first time I stayed but about $30 per night.

Easy parking but room had minimal structural damage.

Room is clean and well organized. I keep coming back to this hotel because I feel at home here. Just 1 problem: I had a hard time opening/closing the door with the old metal key the receptionist gave me.

Honestly, metal keys in a brown pill envelope, threat of 50 dollars if you lose the key. No free water, only one old vending machine for 100 rooms? Empty of course. The night staff lady gave me her personal water because i needed it for my CPAP. Avoid this overpriced cheap run spot at all cost. Rip off

Great location

Lorsqu'ils nous ont assigné notre elle n'était pas prête ni propre. La seconde fut le même scénario. La troisième fut la bonne mais le mal était fait. Sinon le seul point acceptable fut le déjeuner!
