The room was amazing staff was exceptional....if only there was something to do in the hotel or area

Parking easy , but not so secure as the hotel is in an industrial zone. The breakfast was lacking protein . Basically was just bread and coffee

We had a nice stay at Montecassino. Our room was very spacious and clean. Had a microwave, fridge and kettle in living area which was helpful. Also had 2 TVs. Bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The price of the stay was the biggest plus. Much cheaper than in downtown Toronto. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway station which takes you into Toronto. WiFi in our room was hit and miss. The breakfast is quite basic with just bagels, muffins yogurt and some fruit however we were aware if that. Would stay here again.

The room I stayed in is well designed and clean, simple but comfortable.I felt more comfortable here than Holiday Inn and Best Western hotel. My room has a mini kitchen with a small dining table + 2 chairs.

The best thing about the property was the pictures of the property. In real life the rooms are dated, not very well cleaned, with chipped furniture. The bedding was clean, but the plumbing was horrible (loud and non stop)… the lighting was too dim to see.

Breakfast was fine no issues. I have stayed here, many many times. Never had issues. This time, my room was dirty, stains on the carpet, bathtub was dirty on the outside, I cleaned it myself, and ceiling in bathroom dirty. If you go in room.

Thank-you for a lovely stay. Please install door latches on the room doors for extra security, especially since the building door is open all the time, and unmonitored

Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options

Everything is old and not microwave in the room smelling bad the carpet.

Carpet full of big stains. Chair almost fell apart. Furniture is at least “100 years old”

The rooms were smelly. We decided to leave the premises because of the conditions of the room. Did not obtain any reimbursement from the management.
