Our stay was so great we extended our trip at the hotel. Decor was beautiful and the layout of the hotel was great amd convenient. Very clean!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a lot of great choices, also had snow cones at the pool and a feee happy hour! The food at the pool catina was very easy, and delicious! The pool was big, clean and spacious. The private beaxh was right there and had chairs and umbrellas included for you.Will definitely be going back.

Great beach, great drinks and wonderful breakfast. The staff were very attentive and the entire hotel immaculate.

Went 3 days without soap, shampoo, phones in rooms, and the place caught on fire at 7am on a Sunday.

very pretty resort. pool area was nice, pool was perfect temperature. kids jumping in and out of hot tub, that was a little disappointing. buffet breakfast included was decent enough. happy hour that was included was nice and a great meeting spot for our group. my only complaint, was i didn't get any sleep. the air conditioner in our room was so loud. we had a lot of family here in different room and room types and that was something that was a problem in each room. staff was all very pleasant

Restaurant and bar are excellent! The pool area is so nice and relaxing.

Our room did not get cleaned until we asked and even then, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The wall mounted shampoo and conditioner was out and I requested more, I was handed 2 bottles instead of it being installed on the wall mount. The only day we could use the pool, it was closed. A ceiling panel fell open in our room and no one came to fix it even after I asked them to. The valet parking was $40 a day but I received texts asking for tips every time they move my car. After taxes and fees, I paid $600 per night. I expected more.

The room was excellent and facilities and breakfast were all good, The valet parking could be more organized or have fee parking.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were real friendly, helped when there were some issues in the room such as ac acting up

We had a good time there. The hotel is a good option to relax, great breakfast , and we enjoy the front beach and pool. I have one negative point only. I was expecting an ocean view from my room (According to the pictures that I saw in the Expedia app when I was booking my trip). However, we stayed at a room with no ocean view from my balcony. When I was checking in on the front desk, I tried to explain that for the attendant, but she was not very pleased to hear me. Overall, it’s a good hotel.

I paid for ocean front balcony and they first put me in a side room on first floor, I tried to explain to the woman that I paid for oceanfront balcony and she said all rooms were taken. I go back to the room to look and saw there was no ocean view then I had to waste my time to explain this is not what I paid for they moved us to an ocean from room despite lying that they had none the room was not the room we wanted but it was better than the first so we settled but I am not that happy about this. A very dishonest and disappointing experience

Beautiful resort. I wish they were more upfront on policies, instead of having to ask all the questions to get the answers from. Other than that beautiful place beautiful views.

Granddaughter, 11 yrs , is already planning a repeat next year with cousins. lots of fun.

PROS: truly pet friendly — if you’d like to avoid walking thru the lobby the patio rooms are amazing — beach staff was friendly and efficient in setting up umbrellas/chairs kudos to J.S. — housekeeping/maintenance staff, particularly Mahir, was incredibly kind and attentive — harvest and reel hostess Katy (Hungary) made you feel welcomed and excited about the cuisine —
