Overall, my stay was excellent and the staff did a great job. However, as we were getting into our Uber to leave for the airport, the Radisson van driver chose to force his vehicle into the space right next to us; even though there were multiple open spots available. He parked so aggressively and so close that he nearly hit our Uber or us. Instead of waiting one minute for us to leave or simply asking us to move, he acted impatient and created an unnecessary situation. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. This was the only negative part of my stay, but it was significant and should be addressed.

The receptionist who made the check in was professional. Met me with a smile and upgrade.he explained everything about the hotel and what to do in Vilnius. He is the hero of the month. Thanks a lot.

Kanonfint hotell, modernt och bra på alla sätt. Enda nackdelen är att det ligger ca 1,5 km från absoluta centrum.

Super modern hotel met veel voorzieningen gen. We hadden niet een echt grote kamer, maar het was prima, en grotere en duurdere zijn er zeker wel. Goede ligging aan de rivier en vlak bij het centrum.

Check in was very easy and the staff was incredibly helpful! The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Alltid lång kö i receptionen vilket gjorde det svårt att ställa en snabb fråga. Vi fick av någon anledning två enkelsängar istället för en dubbelsäng, men att vänta igen i receptionskön för att rätta till detta var inte ett alternativ. I övrigt ett fint hotell och hjälpsam personal.

Hotelli oli erittäin miellyttävä kokemus. Siisti ja rauhallinen huone. Hyvää ruokaa Piazza-ravintolassa. Aamupalalle kannattaa mennä mahdollisiman aikaisin.

Clean room but it was really hot and even if I turned it down(colder). It didn’t work. Besides this the breakfast was great och big facility and the sauna was nice. Didn’t use any parking but there was a parking garage under the hotel. Close to city center also. Overall great!

I have stayed in a lot of Vilnius hotels. Good location. Very busy when we were there, and not very helpful staff. Room was okay overall, but not great. Hotel feels nice at first, but the room was very small and not terribly clean (look behind the doors!) There was an odor in the bathroom because there was no ventilation in it. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Et fint hotell med en stor og varroertbfrokostbuffet. Rommet var rent og fint.
