Good hotel and excellent breakfast

Impeccable

The staff are super energetic and accommodating. The restaurant is good, and so is the breakfast buffet. We also loved the pool.

Great stay

Staff are lovely and pleasant, unfortunately the rest of the hotel starts to let it down. I can imagine a few years ago it was a 4 star hotel but now I think it would be a 3. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and unfortunately there were a few flaws. AC was leaking in our room with the ceiling drooping, there were hairs and interesting stains on the bed, damp in the room, very dark, general areas of poor upkeep and exposed electrics!

Frühstückbuffet war nicht bessonders gut. Kleine Auswahl.

Meget servicemindet personale. Fitnessrummet kunne godt bruge lidt flere vægte og udstyr. Sengen var lidt smal, men alt i god stand og bestemt et ophold værd.

Hotel tres propre. Personnel tres accueillant. Possibilité de laisser la voiture devant la chambre, tres pratique. Piscine agreable.

Dejligt hotel 1/2 time fra Milano. Dejligt poolområde og god morgenmad. Tæpper på gangarealer trænger til udskiftning. Meget venligt personale.

Non mi sono trovato bene con la direzione o comunque con la reception . Dopo aver prenotato esclusivamente per la piscina , con largo anticipo “ ed aver specificato di essere in due ma che avrei dormito eventualmente solo io “ ma erroneamente sulla prenotazione ho selezionato una persona . Rispetto all’app circa 8€ in più me ne son stati chiesti il doppio dalla struttura , e va bene così dato che non c’era la cancellazione . Check-in alle 15 dove non è stato comunicato da nessuno di pagare la maggiorazione , alle 18 decidiamo di fare il check-out per esigenze lavorative . Ed anche durante il check out non ci è stato segnalato da nessuno di dover pagare una maggiorazione . Fatto sta che dopo qualche giorno mi arrivano delle e-mail dove mi viene richiesto un supplemento , anche in maniera parecchio fastidiosa . Nonostante la loro dimenticanza in fase di check-in e check-out

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Fine værelser med mulighed for connecting doors. Fin pool og rigtig god morgenmad. Gratis parkering. Stor anbefaling…

Struttura pulita, ottima colazione, belle camere, piscina rilassante, tutto perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

El hotel seria un 10 si estuviera mas cerca del centro de milan pero por todo lo demas como por ejemplo; la limpieza, el personal etc han sido un diez
