Did a sister trip. Great location with 15 min scenic walk to old Quebec. Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants! There is a wine dispenser in the lobby, that was a plus! Hotel was reasonably quiet though pool was often inhabited by families, so no adult time. Staff very helpful. No need for a car if your main focus is old Quebec.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly helpful young lady at the desk to the young man who helped with our luggage. We do not speak French so everyone was so kind and patient with us. The room we had was beautiful. So clean and the furniture and mini bar and fireplace just words can not express how nice. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and its location is excellent; as it is behind a street with a variety of restaurants, and Old Quebec is just 20 minutes away (walking). The room was small and it was not sound-proof, we could hear people talking during the night and early in the morning, which was a little annoying. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We didn't like that there wasn't any lotion in the bathroom nor disposable slippers in the room. The Wilfred store was very convenient as you could buy snacks or drinks at good prices.

Overall the stay was nice. We unfortunately were there when there was a lot of construction happening. Their usual parking lot was closed therefore we had to pay the $34 a day with the valet. Additionally, we had issues trying to get our room cleaned. We asked twice and no one ever came so we gave up. Didn’t get any fresh towels for the duration of our stay.

Restaurant was closed most of the time, valet service was terribly slow even when called ahead. Charged daily per pet instead of just once for the stay like all other places

Dislikes -Over priced -Small rooms - No early check ins allowed... not even just 45 mins before allowed check in. They kept us to wait till 04:00 check in time. usually people travel/ drive from far areas... they keep roam of an hour or so specially if travelling with kids..... -Parking issues. Valet parking took 45 minutes to bring vehicle during non rush hour. - No phone in the room to call room service. You have to go all the way from section D (where all the standard rooms ) to the front desk to request any thing. - Location is OK/ fine not the greatest. - They did not provide receipt at the time of check out. They said they will email you but never received. They over charged the my credit card. you have to chase them for the refund. They are not responsive if you message them Wont stay again and neither recommend this hotel.....

The staff welcomed us when we got there, even arranged a late check out as a plane was leaving later in the day. The room was clean and spacious. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. It is a convenient walk down to old Quebec City, about 10 minutes.

The room service was great. But would be even better if there was a body lotion serviced in the room
