Steps away from The top attractions such as plains of Abraham, close to all the amenities of food, drink and shopping. Quick walk to Old Quebec/petite Champlain, ferry, etc. beautiful staff. Quiet comfortable rooms

Excellent location, really accessible. Clean, if slightly spartan room. Poor soundproofing led to some invasive noise from the bars and clubs on Grande Allée, and from other guest rooms.

Personnel accuillant. Beaucoup de rénovations en cour à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner buffet sympa. À proximité de tout

Les chambres sont décevantes pour un 4 étoiles. Les lits sont petits et inconfortables. Les matelas sont plus étroits que les sommiers, c’est incompréhensible. L’emplacement est top et l’hôtel est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, avec les taxes/pourboires on dépasse les 33$ par personne

Belle piscine et spa, superbe chambre, bien situe

Hôtel correct, sans plus. Points faibles: Cheveux au sol dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Odeur forte de produits nettoyants dans la chambre. Spas extérieurs en mauvais état et eau verte ! Gym très de base et tapis roulant brisé (a été réparé par contre à notre demande). Absence de fenêtres à la piscine et au gym . Points forts : chambre tranquille , lits confortables. Produits nettoyants de belle qualité. Personnel courtois. On y allait pour le centre de fitness : décevant.

Tout était parfait! La jeune femme à l'accueil était très gentille et efficace. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute! Merci!

It was under renovations, some things were not perfect but for the price it was good. The lotion dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t functioning, tv light was flickering in the dark even though it was off, a/c was a bit loud but its a beautiful city. I’ll be back in the summer

Nice hotel with good amenities, kids were happy with the pool. Location works great to walk to the old city.

The property was located conveniently near many walkable areas (food, museums, shops). The sauna was a plus especially due to the climate (we were there in March). Check in was fast and Jordan was amazing. The room was spacious. We did not have a great customer service experience at the bar they had located on premises so we chose to eat at a different location which was amazing, close by to the hotel. Overall it was a great stay.

Superbe hotel tres bien placé

We loved our room and how it looked onto the street. Which was noisy at night, however we loved being in the action. The restaurants all around were delicious. We ate in the hotel and the chicken breast I had was a little dry. My husband really enjoyed his chicken thighs. We only had our room done up once during the 4 night stay and the maid didn't clean up the greatest. Also the hot tubs weren't the cleanest and the lids were atrocious to lift. Over all we would recommend staying here.
