Lovely hotel, views of the sea and near the beach. On the bus route to the centre and the station.

I love it!!!!!

Rooms were clean , plenty of hot water and a short 3 min walk to tue beach. Breakfast was great

Overall a nice hotel with a good Restaurant and sitting area. Pool is rather small but looks good with a garden and the staff is friendly. Rooms were ok - liked the ocean view. It is 20/30 walking min from Cannes, things could be improved such as hair dryer, super high deposit per night, prices of Restaurant are high. Plus it is close to the train..

Fabulous location across from the beach! Comfy beds. Quiet rooms. Wonderful staff. Reasonably priced good food.

Nasi (The front desk lady) was the nicest person I’ve ever met. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and she was so excited for us. She gave us plenty of recommendations and was just spectacular. The hotel was clean and lovely to stay in. A little far from the downtown area but it was fine because we had a car. Try the hamburger at the restaurant!!! It was sooo good! Thanks hotel and hotel lady!

Wonderful staff

We got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, which isnt that nice and we heard from other customers that it happened just days before us too. My impression was that the elevetors need propper maintanance and maybe even upgrade to be safe.

Room its not like in the pictures. Room does not have a fridge (summer town,you need one) Room has separate toilet where you have to go out and go to the shower to wash your hands.(no sense) They do have parking in property but you have to pay $ extra.( no sense) even that they dont provide with card , you have to get out of car ring a bell wait for them to open the door and get in the car . Staff were great, recepsion had wonderful staff and helpful. Also, beach was very close , walking distance.

Das Hotel insgesamt war gut, im Empfangsbereich alles sauber und Neu. Unser Zimmer war für zwei Personen leider zu klein und abgewohnt, keine 4 Sterne würdig. Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen am Mittag und Abend war sehr gut. Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Bis zur Zentrum waren es 2 km, aber mit dem Bus waren es nur 7 min. Kosten pro fahrt 1,70€

La estancia ha sido buena, pero el precio era muy caro por no ofrecer desayuno incluido. La ubicación era buena pues estaba delante del mar, no estaba en el centro pero estaba cerca del centro donde se podría ir caminando. Buenas vistas.

Amazing property and service. The only issue I encountered was poor WiFi connectivity.

Hotel is ok, staff could be more helpful, female manager is terribly rude.

Great place to stay in Cannes area if you are wanting a pool and beach. The bus stop is right outside of hotel entrance. Parking is available. We took an Uber downtown and it was 14€, coming back a bit more expensive. Hôtel provides beach towels. Great breakfast buffet. We’ve now stayed there twice.
