The room was clean. There was some drywall damage, and bathroom door had damaged, but repair was very poor. It was the best price for the area, so maybe I got what I paid for...

- Step height at top landing is not building code compliant. Riser height is more than 200 mm and is trip hazard. - Second floor corridor is very narrow and not much space left to walk as they sit a chair in front of each unit. - Overhang corridor railing is rusty , poor condition and wably. Will fail if anybody lean at railing. This is big safety hazards for the guest especially with kids. For safety reason , railing should withstand minimum 1KN/m load as per building code. It is recommended that Motel authority should arrange an inspection with local city building inspector to avoid any potential accident or lawsuit. -Washroom condition is not good, needs repair, Washroom door not closing properly, very dirty.

I'm in good luck I think. I got mixed reviews for this property. So worried about it before I left for it. But it's total different: very clean. I think that room was renovated recently.

Looked sketchy , very dark at night around the area, however, encountered no problems, staff was quick and polite.

This property is used by various government social assistance agencies as a residential space. Their clients live there and receive their mail there. Expedia should not be sending customers there particularly when it makes no mention of this on the Expedia site. I felt the place was unsafe and left.

There was an altercation in the parking and the police were there the entire night for investigation !

Room was clean. Picture on Hotel.com is not the same as lobby and there was a picture of breakfast on Hotel.com and no breakfast.

The place is ok for the price. Room floor was very dirty, it was vinyl floor, but it felt not clean at all. The rest of the room was clean. I have only 2 sets of towels when we were party of 4.

It appears to be more of a weekly rental property than a motel . Lots of people living here
