Nice rooms, well furnished but a little on the small side. Well located close to the station & lots of nice bars/restaurants close by. Facilities a little disappointing as the gym was very basic so couldn’t get a workout in.

Food seemed expensive in the restaurant.

The staff was very polite, spoke great English (we’re American so this was helpful), they helped us with a map & recommendations. It was clean, room was big and it was nice the toilet/shower area was separate. Great amenities with nice restaurants. I felt like it was in a good location where it was close to everything but not loud. The only slightly negative is the room was a little warm, however that could’ve been user error. I would stay here over and over again.

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage. Der Eingangsbereich ist gross und schön anzusehen. Leider hat uns unser Zimmer nicht gefallen Nr. 427 3 Bett Zimmer. Es ist im Altbau und in die Jahre gekommen, der Schlafbereich für 3 Personen zu klein und zu eng. Es gab 1 Wasserflasche für 3 Personen. Man konnte eine kleine Wasserflasche für Euro 5 kaufen oder am Aufzug Wasser auffüllen, sofern man eine leere Flasche hat. Im Bad gibt es wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel und hat 2 kleine Fenster Blick Hinterhof. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln aber es gibt anscheinend für 3 Personen nur ein Altbauzimmer. Frühstück schmeckte gut, die Auswahl könnte etwas mehr sein. Das Personal war ansonsten freundlich bis auf den Rezeptionisten, dieser war etwas schnippisch. Parken ist in der Tiefgarage etwas eng. Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Great area close to dinning and shopping. Room was nice size and comfortable. Bed was pretty firm though.

Staff were lovely but the room was a bit dark and had very limited space for clothes. We were on the 7th floor with Velux windows and it rained in when we left them ajar to cool the room. There are tea and coffee making facilities but they're in a dark corner under a shelf where it's very difficult to actually see what you're doing! If you like regular tea, take your own bags and ask for a jug of milk from the bar as there's none in the room. And make sure you get in the right lift - there are 3 different sets depending on which room you get!

Clean big room with large updated bathroom. Shower had great water pressure. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Good location.

I was looking forward to returning it Hotel de la Paix having stayed here in 1995. My expectations were more than exceeded. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the location is central and accessible to all that Reims has to offer
