Rooms are very clean. Breakfast had a bit more variety than other hotels. There are no elevators for those requesting 2nd floor rooms. Not an issue for us but just a caution for those that might not be able to use stairs.

Customer service was excellent. Hotel was full and busy but staff was always helpful. The front door design was frustrating as there were no automatic doors and one entered through a center door into a wind break room then to go to the left or right to open another manual door. Very awkward with suitcases and very difficult for an older person with a cane. Not very accessible without an elevator, but we managed.

Convenient location near airport. Room was too small for 3 adults, layout was very uncomfortable and hard to move around.

I like the convenient location to the airport. Didn’t care for the night staff who checked me in. The facility used to be one of my favorite places to stay. However it seems to be in need of renovations. I won’t be staying at this location anymore.

The pool was not kept up. Some random people tried to utilize the pool area

I found the room clean. We had plenty of towels and supplies. When we did contact the staff, the were responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying at this Best Western in Albuquerque.

La localisation proche de l’aéroport. Les moins : vaisselle jetable pour le petit déjeuner. Une climatisation bruyante. Une chambre peu lumineuse. Une mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres. Un changement de serviettes demandé non effectué.

Close to airport. WiFi did not work and was unable to finish a project before left in morning. Called staff at 7 pm and they said they would have the WiFi reset and get it working. They never did….

The elevator was not in service, room was clean ok but probably needs upgrades

Excellent customer service from staff with an always happy to assist smile. The Breakfast was the best and the option of going to Village Inn restaurant was a good option too. The room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. Parking was free but my large SUV was hard to park but it all worked out. Very close to the Airport and the highway. I recommend to my family and friends.

in my room some one spilled a pancake syrup when i was walking around was sticking to my feet had to put 4 or 5 napkins on the floor to walk on the floor breakfast was great at least twice when i was staying maid tried to enter but safety latch blocked her do not know why she was trying to entr about 7 pm

We didnt end up staying here because we had driven 22 hours that day and we're still 2 hours away from the hotel. We just could not go on. It was almost midnight. We asked for a refund since we couldn't make it. It was a hard no from the management at the hotel. They would not even consider it. Any other place would have been sympathetic to our situation, especially since we didn't even stay and the fact that it was midnight. The worst customer service and management. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Ever!

The lighting in the room was dim. Other than that, it was an excellent motel.
