Easy going, great for a short stop

No había café para el desayuno y pagué cerca de 20 USD. La habitación estaba sucia, incluso con sangre en un muro. No se respetaron los beneficios Silver de Expedia.

Esperava mais do hotel! Ele fica em uma região excelente, mas as fotos não condizem com a realidade! Quarto minúsculo e cama boa!

Nice place. Spacious room. Could not check in even one second early despite arriving at 8am. Treadmill broken in gym.

Recomendo, quarto limpo, moderno e confortável. muito bem localizado, próximo ao Metro, Tobalaba.

Localização incrível! Além de transmitir sensação de segurança, dá para ir andando a restaurantes, loja de conveniência e ao Costanera Shopping. As instalações são todas bem novinhas e tudo funcionou bem. Destaco a equipe de funcionários do restaurante do hotel! São pessoas muito atenciosas, receptivas e simpáticas.

Otima estrutura, atendimento muito bom. Faço uma ressalva apenas que eu paguei diarias com cafe da manhã, mas tive passeio em quase todos os dias e o hotel nao fornece o kit cafe da manhã (apenas pago a usd 7 adicionais)

The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the room was really clean with the housekeeping staff doing a noticeably exceptional job. The area was safe and convenient to the Metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend this location.

They told me that I would get a bottle of prosecco with my stay which I didn’t get (there wasn’t in the room where they said it would be. Also because I didn’t have the paper with my entry to the county they wanted to charge me 19% additional taxes. That is not disclosed anywhere.

Se agradece que cuente con varios tipos de enchufes, botella de agua de bienvenida, espejo con desempañante por calor, minibar en la habitacion. El personal muy atento y amables. Muy grata estadia
