The only issue I had was the coffee, it was not to my taste. Everything else was very nice

This place is an absolute nightmare. The room was a health hazard and filthy, toilet was caked in urine and the shower was covered in thick grime. It was clear the room hadn't been properly sanitized in ages. The mattress and pillows were rock-hard, resulting in horrible broken sleep and stiff neck. Things went from bad to worse at checkout. I slipped on a thick patch of unmaintained, UNSALTED ice at the entrance, causing a painful strain to my neck and spine. When I confronted management about the filth and the unsalted ice, they were hostile and dismissive. Expedia support was just as bad, unprofessional, insulting, condescending, and dismissive of legit concerns and safety hazards for guests. I am a loyal traveler and I’ve never been treated with such contempt from both parties. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast pleasant surprise. Clean room, good shower.

No elevators. Make sure if you stay you are booking on the ground floor. Call ahead to confirm you can get the ground floor. Old style wall mount unit for AC/heat - super loud. Otherwise rooms are clean and quiet, staff were all polite and efficient :)

Although the hotel was dated, it was very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food options. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet for sleeping.

All was OK for the amount of time I spent there

This hotel is not soundproof. You can hear sounds of people going to the bathroom as if they are in your room. There are alarms on the doors if you don’t shut them and someone across the hall left with the door open at 6am so it was on for 20 min before I called. The are in the hall outside our door was not vacuumed. The breakfast was decent and the pool was nice. The staff was pleasant. The beds were comfortable.

We’ve stayed here a few times in a suite and the rooms were really nice and clean. This time we were in a regular room and it was very run down, smelt like cigarettes and over all not a well maintained or cleaned room.

Stag was exceptional and breakfast was fresh and tasty
