Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Staff couldn't be more customer oriented, they were all great and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were looked after. They loved our little dogs so the stay all in all was a succesful one. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without pets! Thank you, looking forward to our next stay!

Large clean rooms. Close to local restaurants and shopping

No Elevator! Nice size pool area with a seating area so parents can watch their kids. Rooms were overall clean, quiet and the ac worked. Staff were decent, no issues, they were accommodating when we needed help. Just was really shocked by the no elevator, was tough for us to haul our family’s luggage up, but would likely stay here again.

Nice clean room, I arrived early was allowed to enjoy the pool while waiting for the room. Jets in hot tub by the pool werent working but there was a second hot tub near the fitness center. Great breakfast, nice friendly staff

Our suite was on the second floor, however there is no elevator. If someone usually requires handicap accessibility, there should be a clear alert that clients must be able to walk up 23 steps to reach their room--all without ramps.

Room was clean but very damp feeling. Pool was full of hair and dirt. Breakfast was good. Super inconvenient that you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. Also no auto door opening. Building is a little hard to navigate once inside

A very pleasant stay. Room clean and comfortable. However what impressed me the most was that Carol from housekeeping called after I checked out and asked if I had left a set of keys and charger in the room. I hadn’t but I was super impressed by the follow up. I travelled extensively for work-around the world-and not once did I receive a call when I left something behind (which I have). Super impressed and I would definitely reserve again.

The only unique thing I can mention was the parking. Where our room was, the parking was ambiguous, and someone stole our spot. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was bound to happen the way the property is laid out.

It was ok I guess. Didn’t know there was still smoking rooms as they are no longer available in Manitoba.

I booked late so we were placed on the second floor - there is no elevator and several sets of stairs that made getting our luggage up to our room a nuisance. People with mobility issues should take note. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The morning breakfast is hearty and great. I’d happily return and stay here.

Reception staff was not very friendly. A few things went wrong and instead of being helpful, they were on the defensive. This happened to others as well who were at check-in at the same time as us. beds are comfortable and the room was clean.

Overall good experience. As a family we had 4 rooms reserved. Pros It was a nice stay. Property and rooms were clean but very tired. Wallpaper is starting to peel off the walls. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. Cons Pillows are not comfortable. Very large. One of our rooms had to be changed at 2 am due to partiers and noise. Also one room was a king size bed request but had 2 queens instead. We liked the location. It was central to our needs.

Travelled from Winnipeg and stopped here on our way to Canmore. Our room was very clean and quiet! We really enjoyed our sitting area with the couch and 2nd TV. The breakfast was great and included lots of selection. We would stay here again.

Staff was not friendly. Make sure to pack extra blankets, if you want to use the pool and have sensitive skin, just don’t. Rooms smelt awful (life wet soggy dog) and needed to get our own air fresheners
