The staff was unfriendly, he talked very impolite to us when we reached there and asked about the parking. His attitude was so bad

This place was the perfect stay for three old friends having an extended trip to Berlin. While it might fall short of the luxury or charm many would want on a romantic stay, the place had absolutely everything we needed, and it was easy, cheap, comfortable and clean, plus the staff were probably the nicest I ever remember meeting in any hotel, no exaggeration.

The clerks were kind and patient. It's incredibly close to a train station. Quiet and the temperature was good.

Poor breakfast, no cleaning in three days, no towels changed, air conditioning not working... I do not recommend.

Hyvä sijainti. Lähellä paljon ostosmahdollisuuksia sekä ravintoloita. Tilava siisti huone. Aamiainen maistuva ja monipuolinen. Nyt tosin joitain matkaryhmiä hotellissa ja sen takia aamiainen ruuhkainen ja ruokasali tupaten täynnä. Ainoa miinus hieman kehno äänieristys ja varsinkin hälytysajoneuvojen äänethääiritseviä.

Hôtel bien placé, sur une grande place animée de Berlin. L’insonorisation devrait être améliorée, le bruit de la place est gênant (population, circulation)

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Gute Lage, nettes Personal und gute Zimmer.

Es war sehr schön dort. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Wir merken es uns gerne.

Sehr geräumig im 4 Bett Zimmer. Betten modern und gemütlich. Ruhig im Zimmer, wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist. Nur Lüftung ist ein wenig laut.

Die unterkunft ist in Ordnung, nur die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut. Fenster müssen geschlossen bleiben.

Great stay in Berlin! Super welcoming and friendly staff. Let us get our room early when we arrived free of charge, and a welcome drink. Easy to get to by bus and U-Bahn. Short walk to Huxleys Neue Welt :)

staff was great and room was ok. Old but clean..great public transfers even it wasn't near city center. Bus stop just when you went out from hotel doors
