Déco années 30 très jolie, un personnel très serviable et très sympathique, le tout au pied de la gare de Tours, avec parking à 2 pas. C'était très bien !

Petit dejeuner de qualité

A stunning hotel with a wonderful staff, just lacking some attention to details to place it at a solid Four star level - in the lobby: a/ sofas cushions could use some reupholstering, 2/ fresher flowers bouquet, and 3/ a thoughtful music playlist would elevate the first impression! Better quality viennoiseries and bread @ breakfast also expected to elevate the standing

The Premium room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a high ceiling and excellent ventilation that was a delightful surprise. The WiFi connection was incredibly fast. But the spacious bathroom had a poorly designed layout. There were large empty spaces, but the shower area was very small. There were no hangers in the bathroom for clothes or robes, and there was only one short bar to hang a single bath towel. The breakfast was decent, but it lacked any vegetables. The breakfast rooms were often crowded due to the presence of several tourist groups. Many of the glassware appeared dirty with lip marks, and the breakfast area sometimes looked chaotic and mismanaged.

Chambre propre, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct mais cher, Par contre la clim ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre et le quartier fait que c'est bruyant en ouvrant la fenêtre même la nuit. Et même fenêtre fermé cela Nicole pas du bruit.

Bien situé

Au top!! Tout était très bien.. un personnel accueillant, des chambres spacieuses, ien situé. Vraiment très bien!! Seul bémol.... la chambre pas assez bien insonorisé..

Tout parfait

Accueil catastrophique, impossible d’avoir 2 cartes, pas aimable ni aidante à l’accueil. Très déçu.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal : juste en face de la gare. Le personnel était très sympathique et souriant, que ce soit le soir à mon arrivée, bien plus tard quand je suis rentrée vers 23 h 30 ou le matin. La chambre était impeccable et spacieuse. Propreté parfaite, rien à redire, et tous les équipements fonctionnels. Le petit déjeuner en libre service est copieux, et même en arrivant 15 min avant l'heure limite de service, il y avait encore de tout. Finalement, la seule chose à reprocher est pour moi-même : cela aurait été agréable que j'y passe plusieurs nuits.

Je souhaite appuyer sur la qualité de l’accueil à la réception ( un homme) qui a été très agréable et souple pour la mise à la disposition de la chambre Merci

We only stated a few hours as we needed a place to stay until the first train to Paris. It was very convenient to the station. The attendant was very helpful and even opened up the breakfast before officially opening to let us get some coffee. On the whole, my impression was that, while dated, it was quaint. The hotel was quiet and clean. Everything was very acceptable.
