Great pool and facilities!! Breakfast was good...would defenitely stay again!

Great hotel. Room 412 needs a new mattress asap!! We both slept on one side. Not good. Other than the mattress, it was wonderful!!

Staff were accommodating and room was clean.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auf unserer Roadtour war es die teuerste Unterkunft und das Rührei beim Frühstück schmecke leider überhaupt nicht.

I can't say the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was perfect. The pool and slide were fun for the kids. Breakfast was really good. Although it's low in terms of price-performance ratio, overall it was good.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. Kids had a blast in the waterslide. Super fun. Huge hot tub for the parents and adults. Wouldn’t change anything!

Overall had a nice experience, the included breakfast is a nice plus, the front desk let us borrow bear spray (you pay if you need to use it), free parking and we borrowed towels for the hot springs. Down side was the room was ok, beds were old and dusty lamps. Overall still a great place to stay considering the prices are so expensive everywhere

Great stay.

The WiFi network was so weak, it could not load anything and disconnected constantly. It was not worth using. The beds were terrible! Very old, uncomfortable and noisy. The shower drain was clogged and slow to drain. The shower curtain was so threadbare, there were holes in it. Overpriced for what you get

I don’t recommend the rooms with balconies, which are all on the second floor. They look directly out to the parking lot; cars are parked literally right below. The quality of breakfast was a big disappointment. They served old fruit s, worst yogurts ever, and cheapest bagels/bread. (We really felt guilty throwing food away. We simply couldn’t consume them, even though we were hungry.) The pool with water slide is really not big, but we had fun, because we avoided the evening crowd. The room(s) are spacious and clean which was nice. As for the staff, I would rate them 50/50, some were very nice and some not.

This was our home for 7 days and 6 nights, and we have no regrets about staying here. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it. There were only a few minor issues. A couple of requested items were forgotten initially, including our early morning wake-up call and a water kettle request. We also felt that the elevator system could benefit from an upgrade, as it was sometimes slow. Aside from these small inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The stay was comfortable, the service was good, the breakfast was great, and the overall experience met our expectations. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The view toward the Three Sisters is fantastic.

This hotel is great. Clean rooms. It's 3km to town which is a great walk to town and see the Prairydogs. And good for digestion on the way back from dinner. Staff is good. Landry is convenient. This hotel is great!

We chose this hotel because of how closer it is to exit Canmore going to Banff. The cost is also fair compared to other hotels. They also have the sauna, hot tub, slide and pool that is appealing for relaxation after a long day. Although we never get to used them because of our schedule. It is not a walking distance to the Canmore downtown. But we loved that it is away from the busy roads. We had a peaceful stay. We booked a bedroom with balcony and we loved the view of the mountain from our room. The place is well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Ample parking at the back. we get to park just in front of our balcony. Room walls are well insulated, we did not hear our neighbors' noise in all the days we stayed there. 4 stars because the breakfast can be improved. More options will be better. Also the 7am breakfast is kind of late for people who are trying to travel early to Banff.
