Everything was clean and functional and comfortable

Stayed 2 nights, mid Sept 2025. Super Convenient Location near interstate highway, Applebees, Aldis, Big Walmart and coffee shop all in walking distance. Larger room than most. better mini refrigerator than most. Both much cheaper and a LOT better than a previous motel I stayed in the area (that one was bad). Good choice to get around local or go to Watkins Glen/Ithaca. I'll be back!!! Negatives? - TV smallish but that's not important for me. They could use more outdoor lighting at some buildings but again, that's minor as I could park right up to room.

C’est correct comme hôtel. Tout va avec le prix qu’on désire payer. C’est propre mais plus vieillot. Besoin de renovation . Nous sommes satisfaits car dans notre cas c’etait juste pour dormir

Very clean and quiet highly recommended

Nothing walkable from this motel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The plumbing was messed up. The tub had 3" of water by the time I got out of the shower. The cold water position at the sink was putting out warm water. The property was in fair condition. Probably built in the 60's. It was worth what I paid. The staff was terrific

Clean room, having the door to the courtyard not useable was frustrating as i was in the middle and it took a while to walk around for the pool. If you are in the building by the road there is a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast is very minimal and seating is basically nonexistent.

This is an older motor court like we had in the 50’s and 60’s. It was quiet and the grounds were maintained. The breakfast offerings were typical. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head had more pressure than I’ve felt in a long time. The bed was a little harder than we like and we had to buy some foam to make it bearable. Over all you get a good value for nowadays.

Very old and tired motel. In need of total renovation. Comforter in our room was stained.

Great value for the money.

Pet friendly and well run old hotel. Clean but the bathroom was very old, so rust stains, peeling paint, scratches in toilet made it very dingy. The tub filled up with the shower water-yuck. They didn’t clean well during our stay, but was clean when we arrived. Old noisy air con but it worked…small tv. Pric was fair so we got what we paid for.

Everything was close stores, restaurants

The only problem we had is that we booked two rooms through Orbitz and when we got to the hotel to check in, they only had one room booked for us. The whole place was completely filled, so we had to squeeze into one room. The staff was very accommodating, but they couldn't get us the additional room as they didn't have one.

No room service for 3 days, no exhaust in bathroom, no electric outlet in bathroom. Pillows are clumpy.

I rated at 4 stars, but that’s in comparison to price. Everything was solid - room was good, breakfast options were decent, proximity was good, and cost was great. Would definitely stay again.

This inn was the best inn have had ever stayed. Front desk was nice and the room was huge. For the price per night it is amazing. I would recommend to check out this place. I had a better experience than some other hotels.

Very convenient for a quick stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am (long before checkout time) and stayed outside chatting and smoking until we left. That was the only unpleasant part of our stay. Front desk staff were excellent.

When I booked this hotel I was looking for the cheapest rate with the best recent reviews.and you couldn't find a better rate at the time I booked, by far. This hotel is just outside of Corning right where it intersects with Painted Post and Gangs Mills. I'm used to staying in hotels where everything is enclosed in one building. This is instead a more sprawling complex of outbuildings that ring around a central outdoor pool. It was too chilly to check out the pool by the time we checked in but the area looked well maintained (no food and beverages in the pool area). These are older buildings that look like they have had a recent update in some areas. The inside of the rooms have a nice, clean and spacious look that I saw on the pictures. Beds in our room were firm but relatively comfortable. A/C worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room. Our room had a clean, good working order mini fridge, microwave and TV (channels were a bit weird like 32.2 but we figured it out). Bathrooms were older looking but clean and in working order. Coffee and a small coffee maker were in the room as well. Overall this was a great value and a good brief overnight experience.

Decent enough I suppose

The surrounding is dirty and unkempt. The rooms are clean in spite of the surrounding. The hotel entrance was difficult for google map to locate especially at night time. Staff was friendly and helpful.
