The room was clean and a good size for the price I paid. Overall, I liked the hotel! The one complaint I have is that I was disturbed each morning around 10-11 am by the cleaning staff in the hallway talking very loudly outside my room.

The room I selected for just myself staying one night was perfect and I would comfortably have stayed longer if I had needed to. Very clean, all furniture and fixtures in great shape. Nice little nook with a microwave and refrigerator. More than enough closet space. Great value for the amount I paid to stay here. Will stay at this hotel again!

Right across from the St Jacobs Market. I could hear the person above me walking around but couldn't hear the people next to me. Room was nice and updated.

Nice clean property with very professional staff.

I am a loyal customer to this particular property when I travel to Canada, but there were some challenges this time. 1. The AC didn’t work in my room. Seems odd for a winter stay, but the room got so hot that the temp in the room was 84 degrees. I had turned off the heat and it still didn’t cool down. Turned on the AC and it wouldn’t turn on. I couldn’t sleep, got a headache. I eventually had to open the window, move the coach over next to the window and sleep in tha. The remainder of the trip I just left the unit off and it was a comfortable 74 degrees. They didn’t have an hair dryer in the room and last and definitely the least important, I had forgotten my tooth brush and when I asked she said oh we ran out and haven’t restocked.

Hotel was just OK - too bad there was no pool, breakfast should be included for the price.

Bathroom faucets were leaky, and the shower faucet had a significant amount of scale reducing the water output. The blackout blinds didn't wrap around one window, letting light in. Sound of adjacent shower was very loud and woke up up super early. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very pleasant.

The stay was really lovely! Everything clean, comfy, and well stocked, and the staff got us plates and utensils when we asked for some too - since our room wasn't a one with a whole kitchen. The food at the bistro was yummy as well. All the staff was very accommodating and kind, and things were reasonably quiet too. My only complaints would be that the window was a bit drafty, and that the TV reacted very strangely to both a laptop and a Nintendo Switch being plugged in. Neither really worked, the laptop not being able to show anything on the big screen, and the Switch being locked at a super loud (unplayable) volume for some reason haha. Aside from that, everything was perfect, I'd readily recommend to a friend, and will probably stay again if the need arises. :)
