Very clean and quiet

We had a great stay and the rooms were very clean. The staff were great. The only thing to note to look into is we had a weird smell coming from the vents into our room, like old water or mold.

Safe and quiet. Easy to walk to St Jacobs market. Good eating options in area.

Liked room layout. Would prefer breakfast included that’s the only drawback

Very accommodating especially for early check-in

My experience started bad and I regretted my decision of staying at the property. I never book non-refundable reservation but this to my surprise was non-refundable. I am believe in paying timely so I paid for it in advance and that worked against me. Property despite multiple requests didn’t budge. Every hotel I have stayed had bath-tub but not this one. The washroom was not clean at all. The toilet won’t flush. The flush pressure was extremely bad as I need to flush atleast 10 times. This place is not a value for money for sure.

We were there for only a quick night, the place seemed empty, which wasn't a bad thing. Our only complaints was regarding no stir sticks/spoons etc. for the powdered coffee creamer, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was only a bottle of lotion and a makeup remover wipe. Finally, the quality of the shampoo and conditioner was pretty terrible.

All was well. In town for a family gathering. Spent little time at the hotel except to sleep.

Property was great, 4 stars given only because a more modern bathroom would have been nice. All else was great,rest of our room lovely. Hotel inside and out very nice. Staff friendly and polite.

Great location if you are planning a trip to the St. Jacob’s Market or theatre.
