I have stayed here for many years, but this time was terrible, found three cockroaches on arrival and everyday at least one or two would appear

Solo mejorar las políticas de uso de amenidades como la alberca, la última noche que estuvimos hubo un grupo de huéspedes que ingresaron con bebidas alcohólicas y alimentos ajenas al restaurante y además de música en una bocina, lo que generó que los demás huespedes no pudieramos disfrutar de la instalación por estar conese nivel de ruido . Todo lo demás excelente. Los chicos de recepción como Judithy Antonio en restaurante increíbles. Volveremos pronto sin dudarlo

Muy bonito el cuarto es muy amplio, con todas las comodidades lo que se podria mejorar es el colchon que se hundia al sentarse pero aun asi fue comodo para dormir y las almohadas que estan muy grandes, la alberca es de buen tamaño y el chapoteadero quedo excelente para mi bebe, en el restaurante excelente servicio siempre atentos y el desayuno incluido excelente!! Las señoritas de recepcion muy atentas.

Muy fácil de llegar y buen servicio así como buena ubicación. Lo que considero sería mejorar el cálculo de la comida y la variedad de la misma

Muy bien ubicada, con fácil acceso a las vialidades primarias. Muy cerca de La Crucecita. La tranquilidad del rumbo es muy digna de mencionar. Lo único que no me gustó es que hay trabajos de remodelación que empiezan muy temprano a despertar a los huéspedes. Pero se entiende que esto será pasajero.

Excellent location. Chedraui steps away. Quick walk to Chahue beach and easy cab ride to others. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Restaurant at the hotel was very good as well. The staff at this hotel are so nice. Every one of them Joanna at the restaurant was exceptional. We had some issues with the first room we were given, but when we mentioned this to Aracita (I’m sorry if I got this wrong, but hopefully I’m close) who was working at the front desk she had us moved into another room within 1/2 hour and that room was kept spotless the whole time and we were there 17 nights. The pool is kept very clean and it was used a lot while we were there. We were there over Christmas and New Years so this was good value compared to the prices on other hotels for that time of year. This was our second time in Huatulco and I’m pretty sure we’ll be back again. I would go back to this hotel for the staff and the convenient location. One note. It is very pet friendly and they are very open about that. So just be prepared for barking dogs sometimes but it didn’t interfere with our trip.

La verdad supero mis espectativas, todo bien con el servicio y las amenidades.

We had lot of problems during the stay. The room they initially gave us had a bad smell. So we asked for a second room. That room also had a bad smell. They told us there were no other rooms to available to give us. It smelled like sewage. During our 3 day stay, the room service came only once although we asked them multiple times. They came at night while we were resting in the room so we had to go downstairs to the lobby. AC was not working. So we informed the front desk. They said they will send someone. No one came, no fix was made. It was extremely hot during our stay. The water pressure is very low. The toilet takes almost 5 minutes to refill so you have to wait a long time to flush again. Very inconvenient. The wi-fi was extremely slow. We could not even check our emails. TV remote was not functioning which we reported. But, the front desk never did anything to get us a new remote. We were promised a safe when we booked the room. It was not working. They said they cannot fixed it until 1 week later. So, we had to take our passports and cash with us every where we went. Lastly, the restaurant was full of flies and other critters. They put plastic covers on food, but these flies/critters get inside. Overall, very poor quality hotels. I would not stay there again. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
