I booked this hotel partly because breakfast was advertised as included, but that ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of the stay. The breakfast offerings appeared to be microwaved and were not appetizing at all. If a quality breakfast is important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
The room itself was clean, and the hotel generally appeared clean as well. However, the property felt neglected and in need of maintenance. There were water stains on the ceilings, and the counters in the room looked worn and close to falling apart.
The pool was not clean during our stay, which was disappointing. The ice machine was also unusable because a dirty towel had been stuffed inside it. On a hot baseball tournament weekend, having access to ice would have been especially appreciated.
Another inconvenience was that although the bathroom had holders for items such as body wash and lotion, those products were not stocked in the room. We had to request them separately, even though housekeeping staff had them readily available on their carts.
