Checked in walked into our room with a broken ac unit..bugs crawling around the bathroom floor we immediately went to the front desk and turned in the key and left..this was a very very dirty hotel we would like our money refunded!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Things have been stressful between my wife and i and we felt we needed a special night away from the kids to be a couple and relax. The hot tub in the room was great our only complaint would be that the room needed more lighting. The room did have a lot of empty space so the hotel may want to consider putting a couple of lounge chairs or maybe a loveseat to utilize the extra space.

Beds were very uncomfortable

It was better than expected. Could be better cleaned but exceeded expectations overall

I loved it everything was in walking distance and the lady at the front desk was so polite and kind

The handicap accessable room, the bathroom was to small and I could not get into the bathroom with my wheelchair.

They did not have a continental breakfast and the pool and spa were not heated the room was disgusting

Floors were dirty and cockroaches or water bugs in the hotel room. Terrible.

Poor customer service. Front desk worker barely spoke English. We paid for a kitchenette, got there and found out there wasn’t even so much as a cup or fork to use, upon asking about kitchen wares I was informed that “it wasn’t a studio 6.” Manager was very rude and unfriendly.

Staff is awesome!

The hotel room was okay. It had good WiFi connection and is within walking distance to a restaurant.

My key would not work to the door so instead of giving me another room the owner used his master key to let me in.

The room was roach infested, the towels, and linens were all stained and dirty. Staff was horribly rude. Bad experience all around! The keycards didn’t even work they had to let us in our own room!

Handycap room on 3rd floor. It said $55 for the room. What it cost was the same as the Baymont

Linens were dirty, refrigerator was broken and smelled, hotel had a strange odor throughout. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
