clean and easy

Room was clean. Staff was curious.

Noisy and very hot in the room. Only got one coffee pod per day. And we had to ask for more twice. Good location. Room was average, old building.

Had a great stay. Old but clean. Nice bathroom. Just a little noisy but great location.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. The room could use curtains for block out light.

Everything was clean and staff were friendly, however being on the top floor made the room VERY warm— 78-80 degrees, and the thermostat did not help. We slept with the window open to bring it down to about 70, however being right above the alley next to the pub was quite noisy all night.

there were bed bugs in my room. i was moved to another room but no accommodations for the issue. i reached to get a reimbursement but no reply. covered in bites and had to cover my own expenses to get rid of the bed bugs.

Very walkable location. The facilities are a bit dated but clean and the staff very helpful

The location is excellent, parking $$$ but very close as lot right behind the hotel. Furnishings worn and mismatched like staying at a fraternity but access t subway/food/shoooing makes up for it. Micro tv but the amenities are otherwise terrific.

Clean room and hotel.

Parking is easy enough, but not inexpensive although very close. Check in a bit unusual, but pleasant. Room and location are outstanding and I plan to return for the value, space and access to transit. Recommended for sure.

I picked the location due to its easy accessibility to public transit (TTC) and the University of Toronto. I.e., I cannot comment about parking! I was in one of their suites which was extremely comfortable. The hotel is next door to a pub and on the same block as several fraternities and so there could be an issue with noise for some people. I sleep like a proverbial rock and so it did not bother me.
