City terraces has a lot to offer and is a good value. Central location makes walking to beach, restaurants, and shopping easy. The manager is friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. Upkeep and deep cleaning (bathroom tile, grout, and exhaust vents), could be improved. The lack of a firm smoking policy meant I couldn't always use my balcony due to smokers outside. Overall I would stay here again because it has so much to offer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and handy to shops. The only downside was the bathroom needed a good clean.

Need some renovations. Also, in the room the furnitures are very basic. The swimming pool is good. Clean.

The room had a funny smell but we bought a freshener and it was fine. I love the fact they have proper washing powder and family size shampoo etc. There were a lot of convenient inclusions in the cupboards. Rooms are large and clean and very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.

良い点→ ・オーナーがすごくフレンドリー、親切、丁寧、ホストファミリーみたい ・バーベキューできる庭が子連れには楽&プール付きで楽しい（早い者勝ち） ・立地も良いし、自転車も借りられる ・本当に家に近い感じ 悪い点→ ・床が歩くと真っ黒（スリッパ必須）、埃だらけ ・タオルが黒ずんでいる ・タオル交換は無く、自分で毎日洗濯する必要あり。旅行中の自分の洗濯もあり、意外と大変。 ・シャワーで温かいお湯が出るのは5分ほど。小さい子を連れての家族５人旅で、３人くらいはいつも冷たいシャワーを浴びなければならなかった。疲れが取れない。 ・ヘアドライヤーが熱で溶けてネチョネチョ。いちいち交渉して変えてもらわないといけない。

家族旅行で利用。 Wifi 、キッチン一式、洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、アイロン等基本的なものが揃っていて快適に過ごせました。床も綺麗でした。 スーパーでビーフパイやステーキ肉を買ってきて焼いて食べましたが、リーズナブルな上にとても美味しかったです。スーパーで人参や玉ねぎなどの野菜をバラ買いできるし、カップスープもヨーグルトも美味しいし、プチ海外生活を楽しみながらリラックスできました。 スタッフはみんな親切で日本語もわかるので英語ができなくても大丈夫です。念の為出国前に予約の確認メールをしたらすぐに返信ももらえて心強かったです。 あえて言うならエレベーターがないのが残念。 繁華街からは少し離れていますが、安心して利用できるホテルです。

のんびり出来て良かったです。 キッチンがあり助かった。 今度はもっと長期宿泊がしたいです。

綺麗で清潔でした。オーナーさんも明るく親切でした。予定より早めにチェックインもしてくれ早朝到着の私たちには有り難かったです。2ベッドルームだとバスタブがありません。換気扇が分からず、ステーキを焼いた時に煙でお部屋が美味しいにおいになりました。ベランダに網戸があると嬉しかったです。ケアンズは4回目ですが、初めてアリさんが部屋の中に来ませんでした！！ エスプラネードからは歩くとまあまあ距離があります。身長140㎝くらいの子どもは毎日自転車を借りてエスプラネードまで行っていました。7歳の子は身長的に乗れず徒歩移動で大変疲れていましたが、移動中に見つけたカフェでコーヒーを買い色々なお店のコーヒーを飲み比べできて楽しかったです。 他の方の口コミにもあるようにエコな取り組みが素敵で、じゃがいもや醤油を譲り受け、帰りには色々な調味料を置いて帰りました。 キュランダの列車が見えるお部屋だったので、子どもは毎日列車に手を振って楽しんでいました。

ホテルのプールがとてもキレイで気持ちよく、１日中入ってました。みんなが使わなくなったものをシェアできたのもとても良かったです。 何より、オーナーさんがフレンドリーでスタッフも感じやく、とてもステキなホテルでした。

Very spacious appartment. The hosts are very nice, they gave many hints where to go, where to eat and the like. Free inhouse parking, free bicycles. Overall we had an excellent stay.

食料品店、プール、水族館、美術館など歩いて観光できる場所がたくさんあり、とても便利です。 オーナーの方は親切で、いろいろな事にもすぐに対応してくれました。 部屋にはキッチン、調理道具、食器、オーブンレンジ等揃っていて、マーケットで買った食材を調理できます。 施設内のプールは綺麗で、水深2メートルちかくの部分もあり、泳ぐのに充分でした。午後10時まで使えます。 5日間滞在しましたが、とても快適でした。 また、機会があれば、このホテルを利用したいです。

Very friendly Manager and central location was great

The room we had wasn’t clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, cockroaches roamed freely throughout every night and appeared to be mid maintenance with a leaking air con in the main living area (which also didn’t work in bedrooms) tiles missing from bathroom walls and check in was not clear or helpful at all.. sorry end of rant

We had a great stay, the manager was outstanding and assisted when needed as well, the location was wonderful. All tour bookings could be done through the hotel which was seamless and the tours were great. A few areas of concern were the weekly cleaning was not great as the floors were still quite dirty and the bathroom toiletries were not restocked. As well there is no safe in the unit which can be a bit disconcerting.

Walkable to Esplanade, Cairns central mall and Reef fleet center, good value for money.

Lovely apartment, good location and really great service from manager. Would definitely stay here again.
