We had a tornado warning in the middle of the night and we were very disappointed that the staff at the front desk didn’t take the warning as seriously. He almost seemed confused why a bunch of us were asking where we should go for safety.

We came here for a family vacation. The pool area and slide were fantastic! Everyone enjoyed it. The continental breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, pastries, cereals, fruit, eggs, potatoes, sausage etc. Food was decent but eating area was small and very busy. Everyday it was a challenge to get up to the food or to find seating. The rooms were very dated and not very clean. Ours was not stocked. No shampoo, conditioner and a half roll of toilet paper. We were continuously contacting the front desk for something. We were in the king suite and it was very spacious.

Hotel was clean and organized.

We rented the king suite with jacuzzi tub but the tub didn’t work. We called down to the super helpful front desk who got us into another similar suite on a different floor. Jacuzzi worked but there were pieces falling off it. (Drain and faucet issues). We were still able to use it. We were within walking distance to Culver’s and close for to the State Speech meet. Area seemed safe and the water slide and hot tub were functioning and fun. I would stay again, but probably not get the jacuzzi suite.

The big highlight of this hotel is the top notch waterslide. My kids had a blast on it.

The hotel gave our troop to another couple at 12:30 am. They said the computer had a glitch.

At 12:30 am someone had a key and was trying to get in our room

Nice clean hotel. Kids loved the pool and water slide!

It was clean and the staff was friendly... the room that we stayed in could use an upgrade of the shower but other than that it was great!!

It was okay to stay at the hotel for two nights. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable. After the second night, my body hurt so bad, from my neck to my back.

Clean and friendly

One of the main reasons for booking this motel was to have a pool for the grandkids to play in. It turned out to be better than we expected. There is a water slide that is more than the typical 12 feet high with one turn. It was high and long and the kids loved it. Also a small section just for swimming and a good hot tub. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Room nice. We would definitely stay again.

It was fine for our purpose. Close to where we needed to be and the pool and waterslide was great.

It was okay but felt it was a little expensive for a room that needed some work done on it. The base of the toilet was cracked but patched together, the tub looked like they had tried painting it but the paint was peeling. There was long hair on the floor from previous guests.

Loved pool and hot tub but you need to increase heat in hot tub. It was a luke warm hot tub. I would not say the breakfast was very good. No yogurt and the milk needs to be more than just 2%. Also a suggestion would be to put the toaster nearer to bread. It was in a corner and missed the toast altogether because I didn't it until I was ready to leave.
