Clean room. Older, but inexpensive and right in the mix of everything for a night in San Juan before our cruise!

I found it was a great room for spending the night. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

It wasn’t what I expected

This is my spot every time I visit the Island. So convenient and close to everything. Highly recommended

The hotel is great, will be better when they open the restaurant. Also, it will be great if they build a rooftop pool as the view in the roof is amazing.

The AC did not work and the toilet and tub were clogged.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean and had all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). The TV was not working on arrival, but a staff member came up and fixed it. The (uncovered) parking was the only inconvenience. Although available (for $19 per day), parking is not on site, but across the avenue (a very busy 2-lane in each direction road) and (worse) they must open and close the parking gate from the front counter to let you in and out of the parking lot, whether driving in or out, or even walking in or out as a pedestrian (say when going to the car or after parking the car). Sometimes I had to wait and end up calling the front desk to have the gate opened for me. They should install an electronic keypad that opens/closes the gate with codes assigned to guests.

Shower had a broken handle and was unable to use. Other than that it was clean, staff weren’t overly friendly but answered questions.

The hotel is quite old and need upgrades, but the rooms are very spacious. The bed was so hard. The location is decent, thought not exceptional. Unfortunately, the parking is a nightmare if you rent a car, is very frustrating.

Buen lugar

Deben mejorar lo del estacionamiento.Llegué hacer mi check in a las 6:30 pm y ya estaban los espacios del estacionamiento seleccionados. Aunque el empleado fue muy gentil y me dijo de una área cerca donde estacionar,Me causó inseguridad .

Therr was no water. They did not keep the water tank full. There was no way to shower, use the redtroom, or brush our teeth. Do not stay here.

Parking is limited, room is outdated, bathroom is small

No tuvimos agua toda la noche no nos bañamos ni por la noche ni por la mañana no había agua ni para lavarse los dientes y no se molestaron en llevar un cubo de agua sabiendo que teníamos el cuerpo con sal de la playa
