Checked in Saturday night Returned and no electricity, no emergency lights No back up generator for essentials Wasn't fault of hotel, but weren't very apologetic A discount or possibly a voucher would of been acceptable

Great cordial staff

Reception is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. Room adequate but obvious that furniture was not moved around so we found the room with old ketchup packets, glasses and dirt under bed and behind drawers.

The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not luxurious, but it is a good choice for anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained property.

Spent one night

There was an ice storm. We were in the dark, no heat, no hot water and no breakfast in the morning. We should get a discount or our money back.

I love the foyer and the service was very good. It was busy and one receptionist was busy on the phone, so the wait was longer. The rooms were dated, but clean. The sheets were stained, but clean. The room felt stuffy but that is noone's fault. Overall very good and i would recommend
