I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a pretty average experience overall. The location is good with easy access to the river, falls, downtown, and a variety of restaurants. It’s in a prime spot if you’re looking to explore the area, so that was definitely a highlight.
The only staff member I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, which was nice. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives started to taper off.The room itself was mostly clean, but there was hair in the bathtub, which wasn’t exactly pleasant. The pool was pretty cold, and the hot tub didn’t offer much of a respite either—it was also on the chilly side. And to top it off, the shower water was cold as well, which was a big letdown.
