The room worked well for our stay

El personal muy bien y el hotel bien, como siempre (lo elegimos con asiduidad), pero es la tercera vez que coincidimos con una excursión de chinos, posiblemente camino de Portugal. Son ruidosos y extremadamente maleducados, la próxima vez preguntaré antes de reservar.

Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

Buon hotel, personale gentile, buona la colazione, posto tranquillo , qualche piccola inperfezione.... comunque ci siamo trovati bene.

El hotel nos ha gustado, es fácil llegar en coche. Aunque queda algo lejos del centro está en una zona de muchos restaurantes y servicios. Como única pega para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas ,tiene una habitación un poco pequeña.

Lo hemos empleado varias veces, es conveniente con relativa facilidad para aparcar y mayoritariamente silencioso.

This room was one of the nicest rooms we found in Spain. It was very well decorated with elegant appeal, spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Buena ubicación si no deseas bullicio y sí tranquilidad, muy cerca de uno de los principales polígonos de Badajoz. Habitación limpia y confortable

Todo correcto y el registro de entrada rapidísimo y sin apenas pegas a pesar del "tercer grado" que quiere imponer la administración para poder alojarse en un hotel.

Personal agradable, buena situación, siempre que vamos a Badajoz nos alojamos allí.

Very few stafff

Helpful and friendly but the rooms were hot and humid. AC certainly does not stand for Air Conditioning as I couldn't make the room very cool at all. Breakfast also was limited and not particularly appealing but the kids enjoyed the pastries and juice so they were happy enough. Hotel was quiet and empty at the time so wonder if they cut back on things like this for that reason.

O Hotel é agradável, houve um problema com o quarto com varanda, era um pátio sujo e sem mobiliário, retiraram o valor para quarto normal mas a verdade é que fiquei sem o que pedi.

Friendly staff and great service. The hotel needs some remodeling on the hallways. I wish there was coffee in the room.
