We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The staff were truly the highlight of our visit, they went above and beyond for us in every interaction. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference, and the clean, comfortable bedding was also appreciated. The breakfast was another strong point. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the breakfast area itself was spotless and well-maintained. That said, the property overall is in need of significant maintenance. The hot tub was barely working, and the water in both the pool and hot tub seemed questionable. The pool deck is peeling, and sticking to everything, which is uncomfortable and concerning, especially since it’s likely ending up in the pool and a tripping hazard. There were also no pool towels available during portions of our stay. The entire pool area could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it definitely gave me the ick. We genuinely want to return because the staff were wonderful and the basics (like bedding and breakfast) were solid, but the pool area and general upkeep need attention to make the stay fully enjoyable.

Rooms were good, bathroom plenty of towels for our 2 night stay. pool was good . didn't need the laundry. staff was very helpful

We stayed at this hotel four years ago and had a great experience, so choosing it again seemed like an easy decision. Unfortunately, it appears very little maintenance has been done since our last visit. The couch had several stains, and the fireplace glass had what appeared to be dried blood on it. The room clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, as dirt, mold, and cobwebs were noticeable. Breakfast was disappointing, there was no milk for the cereal, the hot trays were nearly empty, what was there was greasy and cold, the eggs must have been powdered. To top that off good luck finding clean dishes. The hot tub, when it did work, only ran for a few minutes before the breaker tripped. With the exception of the very kind staff member we encountered on our first night, requests to have it reset were often met with a poor attitude. If not for the excellent service provided by that one employee, I would be giving this hotel one star. Overall, this stay was a far cry from our first experience, and it is evident that the owners are not investing in the property at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the manager I spoke to was very friendly and polite we all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub we definitely enjoyed our visit and we will be back thanks for everything

The staff was great. The breakfast was very disappointing. None of my request were met. I asked for a fan that took me 30 mins to clean because there was so much dust outside and inside. We were woken up from the fire alarm. Which took them awhile to turn off. We get back to sleep and the snow plow comes in making a lot of there was no rest at all.

New owners and noticed everything looking a bit rough around the edges since we were last here. Definitely needs sprucing up a bit. Bathrooms were clean but furniture seemed dusty and neglected. Always enjoyed this simple, clean and fresh hotel where we can also swim, so hoping standards improve just a little.

Phenomenal staff - very polite and happy to help. nice rooms. Not so great equipment. Anytime you want bubbles in the hot tub you have to go ask at front desk to get it turned off as the breaker goes off after every 2 uses and the sauna does not get hot-like at all. Also the fitness bar in the fitness center is missing a safety gear so you cannot properly adjust it. Our first night, excellent rate - ended up having to stay a second night due to extreme weather (snow storm) making it impossible to get home & they tripled the price for the second night. Felt like that was very shiesty as we had no choice but to stay. the breakfast is low quality and there is never any hot food ready in the food buffet you have to ask the staff to get more quite frequently. Also your keycards stop working an hour before checkout which I found very odd.

It wouldnt take much at all to make this a 5 star review. They have great staff, clean comfotable rooms, decent breakfast. However, I booked a business room. There was no pen, paper, or desk phone. Also, no in room coffee maker. The jacuzzi was still cold, like it was last yesr.

I had noisy neighbors is 132 . The shower had no soap. The lamps by the beds i could not geg to work. On the plus side the beds were comfortable. Awsome pillows for sleeping. Great water pressure for shower. The room was clean.
