Room was clean, very nice bathroom and pool facility. Really enjoyed the Montana's Restaurant right in the hotel!

We picked up a new pet so had a great room with easy access. Staff were great and given the Arctic weather the restaurant and staff were also appreciated. Stayed 2 nights.

Yes room was clean and staff very nice. Draft coming through the window and door needs to be replaced you could see light come through from the hallway. You could hear beside us and upstairs very noisy sounds echoed in the room.

1st room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Moved us to another room. Only 2 coffee cups in room for 4 people. Hot tub nice and warm but not always towels. Montanas make a reservation always busy at supper time.

room was clean, beds were very comfortable but the room does require some new flooring. Front desk staff were to the point and give you the room key. no smile or welcome when you get in, none when we left either. would be nice to see a smiling and warm welcome after a long flight. however, no rudeness either.

Not as described. The hotel is a very popular children's water park place with very loud and unruly kids running and screaming down the hall. Bad place to pick for an early morning flight. Be better to choose ANY OTHER HOTEL in town that cares about the customers

Beds themselves were great. Our whole group found them very comfortable. Everything seemed quite clean which is very important. Staff was constantly cleaning which was great. Rooms themselves, while mostly updated, were older and updates had cut corners. Size and layout was fine and as expected. Bathroom barn doors were terrible, they don’t lock, gaps all the way around the door leaving limited privacy and terrible for toddlers. Shower doesn’t have door on it so water splashes all over no matter what you do. Not well soundproofed, while it was overly loud you could hear quite a lot, not great for light sleepers but we had no real issues with it. Pool is great and loads of fun, pond and water fall area quite nice. Having Montanas was great because it was so easy but the free breakfast is awful. It’s so awful we were worried to order the al a care options. Eggs were weirdly gross, sausage and ham both gross, not sure what those were, toast was fine, yogurt is sweet junk and fruit was fine. Coffee quite decent though but mugs were miniature which is annoying.
