Staff were very kind. Property was very clean. Breakfast and view is delicious. Currency exchange was helpful at the front desk and getting us a taxi to our next destination. I look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel again soon

The staff were all amazing! Every single person. Very friendly, very helpful, the hotel was gorgeous. The room view, the restaurant view, and pool view were spectacular. The food at the Il Tridente was great! We cannot wait to go back! I have nothing negative to say at all.

Our stay at Hotel Poseidon was truly outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and personal, while remaining pleasantly unobtrusive. The room, with its private terrace overlooking Positano and the sea, was simply breathtaking. The view alone makes this hotel special – whether in the morning light or during sunset, every moment felt memorable. The interior is tasteful and authentic, creating a comfortable and relaxed ambiance without being overly luxurious. Overall, this was a stay at the highest level: stylish, authentic, and thoughtfully managed. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Hotel Poseidon to anyone visiting Positano.

First, we got an upgrade to a Junior Suite with stunning views of Positano. The suite and property as a whole were super clean! The gourmet food at their II Tridente Restaurant was mouth watering!! But their main attraction was their amazing staff! Particularly Anna at the Front Desk and Luigi and Luca at the bar. If there is a downside is that the property is showing its age. Other than that..kudos!!

We absolutely loved this hotel — it’s amazingly gorgeous, with the perfect mix of vintage charm and luxury. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the beautiful tiled floors gave it such authentic character. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and cared for. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and kind — they made us feel genuinely welcome. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff. Every single person working there treated us with such care. They were able to arrange a very comfortable private transfer for us to and from the airport and book us a very nice couples massage and Amalfi coast boat tour last minute. We were there for our honeymoon and the desk staff made sure it was very special and provided extra accommodations for us. Absolutely stunning views and amazing food, perfect destination for us and we will stay here every time we visit Positano.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At check in the staff for so friendly and helpful. During the whole stay, all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with oodles of character, which works perfectly for a holiday in Positano. The breakfast each day was simple and classic, very tasty, and the service was first class. The hotel restaurant was also one of the best meals which we experienced during our week in Positano.
