Stayed for a week. Staff and service was excellent, friendly. Internet and facilities worked very well for remote working. Swimming Pool, laundary machines, breakfast was very nice.

Only given 2 towels. One regular coffee and one decaffeinated. Went down to breakfast at 9am nothing left. Then couldnt get into our room on last night because battery in door lock was dead and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get it fixed.

I didn't care for the air conditioner being a wall unit that could not be controlled via temperature

Easy check in and out, room was clean and comfortable. included breakfast was good. Have stayed here before and would come back again.

I had a good stay there

We were over charged, tried calling to get this resolved and was given fax numbers to call, numbers with no one answering, and shuffled around until we had to file a complaint with our bank. We will not go through this hassle again and we go to Enterprise several times a year to visit our daughter.

Upon arrival the sheets in our rooms were crushed and in poor condition. In one room the sheets were dirty. The manager and front desk staff were courteous and responsive in changing the sheets. I was disappointed that shortly after checking in and arriving to the room I had to wait to rest because the sheets were dirty. Unacceptable!!! whoever cleaned the room had a nerve leaving dirty sheets on the bed.

The young lady that checked us in was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. The pool was clean and awesome for the littles. Entire property was clean and updated. There is a Bbq restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to that was great and convenient. Awesome breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelette, pancakes, you name it. The lady at breakfast was nice and was working very hard. I really appreciated all the staff. They are to be commended and make the hotel. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great overnight stay on our trip.

Convenient location. Low water pressure. Sticky and stained carpet in room.

We had to swap rooms. Even the second room was not what was requested even though we were assured it was. IT. WAS. NOT. We of course tried to get out of it but could not. We were told we already were in the room so could not get a refund. How are you supposed to know how awful a room is unless you go in it? Still perplexed on that one. Staff was unkind, room (both of them smelled of sewer) clearly dirt in shower (by the way was supposed to be a bathtub) There was a bit of noise from babies but that of course is to be expected. That wasn't a concern. However everything else was. Last two times with Expedia have been awful. You would think I would have learned. Se la vie Expedia. Very sad.

We were unable to stay there. When we arrived, we were told the place was not pet friendly. Even though the website said pet friendly and your site said pet friendly. But the receptionist at the counter was very helpful and understanding. She referred us to another hotel, (Candlewood suites). We also got our deposit refunded even thou it was a last minute cancelation.

Great Stay I slept well.

Our room was clearly accessed while we were out. Staff didn’t care. Then when we showed there was a beeping sound coming from the wall, she was still unconcerned. She finally gave in and moved us to a handicapped room. The following morning, while trying to get ready for my son’s wedding, there was no hot water available to shower. We switched to the Hampton and they took us immediately so we could shower and get ready. Even offered breakfast even though we didn’t stay the night before. No one at the Holiday Inn seemed friendly or concerned about their guests comfort or satisfaction. Not welcoming upon check in or when they were issues. Desk person shared that she has the flu too. Just what I want before attending a family wedding.
