Bed bugs

Very sketchy feeling around the entire hotel. During one of multiple times the elevators were down, we discovered needles in the stairwell and reported this to the front desk staff who said they would take care of it. Two days later they were still stuck in the wall as I went by with my child.

I was bitten by bed bugs in my bed in room 647 Feb. 7. I took the live bed bug to your staff at the front desk at 3:00 am. As I had a bug rash, I asked for medicine, but there was nothing at the front desk. I was temporarily moved to another room to sleep. I checked out the next morning at 7:30 and requested a feedback form. I was told to report the matter online for further assistance. I would request you to please escalate the issue and provide eligible compensation.

The room was spotless and the staff were super courteous

This hotel is very outdated, restaurant is no longer running , went we went down breakfast ceiling leaking, underground parking terrible overall not a good experience

The staff was good the hotel was run down there were people smoking crack in between the doors. Nothing is like walking into a smoke cloud of crack. Also the hotel was very outdated. It wasn’t very clean and the bed seemed to be broken. We didn’t even end up staying it was so horrible. Also we didn’t get a refund because we already booked in.

The room was good. We got upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The elevators weren't working from parking. Breakfast was great.

The front person working.when I enter on the 16th was super polite. The only.think I didnt undwrstand was the elevator with the card.room but this.was.my bad.

Staff was nice, especially the lady in the morning. Bed was comfy

The stay started with the parking garage being alamos impossible to park in. It’s very small. Everything on the at is is either broken or looks broken, doors etc. Once I checked in and headed to my room, I walked into “my room” to a man already in the room laying in his underwear. Completely not acceptable. Upon going to the lobby the desk clerk ease baffled how the mistake could happen. Gave me a new room. But my key didn’t work. So I had to go back once again for a key. Once I got into the room. It was run down and not worth the price we paid. Overall, disappointed
