My room was very nice and surprisingly roomy. The housekeeper was exceptional. She went over and above to meet our every need. We slept in and left the room late morning and she was wonderful about cleaning when it was convenient for us and she did an exceptional job. Check in was easy and staff were all friendly.

Nice place, most of the staff was very pleasant. Room was nice, bed was too soft for me.

The staff is great, love the breakfast & coffee mornings. I stay here every year. Even have my family staying here, when we come all together.

Staff were friendly and respectful. Breakfast buffet was lovely, eating and gathering spaces welcoming. Would recommend :)

Wasn’t allowed to check in to our rooms tell after 5:30PM Told us that check in at 3 O’clock is not a guarantee. Had to sit around the hotel lobby for 50 minutes after traveling 400 miles. The lady at the front desk was rude, and acted put out to perform her job. Would not recommend staying there.

The lady who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and there was a lot of noise while trying to sleep but other than that all was wonderful.

So disappointed with stay this trip. Bed was terrible every time you moved it sounded like it was falling apart. The breakfast was terrible potatoes uncooked, waffle machines didn’t cook the waffles all the way thru. The service was poor.

Property and facility were great. Breakfast was not as good as we have had at other Hamptons. Ditch the chicken sausage and use pork instead.

Absolutely wonderful customer service friendly and great to work with

The staff were extremely rude and did not want to give us towels. The managers were walking up and down the halls and giving us problems saying that they had noise complaints for the tv being too loud. And there are no microwaves in the rooms.

Housekeeping was knocking on the door to clean our room at 8:30 in the morning, check out was at noon

Easy access to the Ford Center

Close to where we wanted to be. Front parking lot is shared with adjacent strip mall so it is limited

Staying at this motel made getting to the concert a breeze! We were running behind but we stopped to check into our motel and the gal told me where to park for the quickest access to the Ford Center. It was a lifesaver!!
