O hotel merece uma reforma, pois, aparenta desgaste em algumas partes e nos quartos. Faltou energia quase todos os dias e mais de uma vez no mesmo dia. É muito difícil estacionar nas imediações e, no próprio hotel, o estacionamento é cobrado à parte. No amplo restaurante eram disponibilizadas apenas 2 máquinas de café, insuficientes para a grande quantidade de hóspedes.

O hotel fica localizado na bela praia de cala Ferrera com acesso direto a areia. O check in é rápido e eficiente. Gostei do sistema de acesso para os quartos. No lugar da chave ou dos cartões vc recebe uma pulseira que ao mesmo tempo aerve para identificar que a pessoa é hóspede e evitar a entrada de estranhos mas também é utilizada para abrir a porta do quarto bastando encostar no sensor eletrônico da porta. Fiquei no quarto com vista parcial para o mar, mas que na verdade parecia praticamente dentro do mar. Uma vista incrível que nem parecia real. Além do belo visual da varanda os quartos são modernos, silenciosos e o banheiro é espaçoso. O hotel oferece garrafas de água de cortesia no quarto. A parte de lazer inclui uma academia bem equipada e duas piscinas, uma delas com vista para a praia. Você precisa fazer um deposito de 5 euros para retirar a toalha da piscina mas eles devolvem o dinheiro na hora do check out. A equipe de entretenimento realiza diversas atividades ao longo do dia incluindo aulas de ginástica e Yoga. O café da manhã é bem completo com ótima qualidade e ainda oferecem espumante. O buffet do jantar também é fantástico com várias opções de comidas regionais e culinária internacional incluindo uma parrilha onde sao grelhados peixes e carnes na hora. Os vinhos oferecidos no buffet do jantar sao de alta qualidade e estão incluídos no preço da diária. Recomendo reservar o quarto com meia pensão de café da manhã e jantar.

Sehr freundliches und gepflegtes Personal. Die Zimmer(mit Meerblick) waren immer Super Sauber! Das Essen war immer Hervorragend. Eine tolle Auswahl. Wer hier schreibt das dass Essen OK ist, der weiß nicht was gutes Essen ist und wieviel Arbeit dahinter Steckt. Ein Tipp von mir. All inclusive buchen. Macht sich bezahlt. Man hat eine sehr große Auswahl an Cocktails und anderen Getränken. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen am Flughafen gebucht. Die Parkgebühr am Hotelparkplatz ist unverschämt hoch. 18 Euro pro Tag. Besser außerhalb Parken und ein paar Schritte laufen. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder Buchen.

Loved the view and beach at this hotel. The hotel itself was average, along with how clean the rooms were. Our room had a very strong sewer smell the entire time we were there, we mentioned it to staff and they did not care to do much about it. parking also sucked. Would give the overall stay a 6.5/10

If you want to be in a cruise ship parked on a cliff overlooking a beautiful cove in the pit of tourist Mallorca, this is for you. Kind staff, the room was worn but clean enough, the building itself really did resemble a cruise ship. The buffet for dinner and breakfast were decent, a massive amount of choice, but noisy and packed with people.

Other than the beach/Cala the property is poor and food is unbeatable. Avoid!!

La atención del personal es excelente. La ubicación muy buena, la comida buenisima y los snack todo el día. Todo en este resort con todo incluido es muy pero muy buena. Regresare prontamente.

The recepción staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was varied and in abundance, even free drinks with evening meal. The entertainment staff were extremely happy and fun. Just want to say a big thank you to Pepe, fir the dance class, Cappuccino for the the games and the girls for the morning exercise classes. Bingo was a hoot.

Very easy access to the beach

Sehr nahe zum Strand. 2 Pools, es läuft einiges und trotzdem kann man an ruhigen Orten chillen.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful beach and nicel family pool with sunshine until late afternoon

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. It's view from the pool is stunning and moment away from the beach it over looks. However, the staff at the hotel were not as impressive. We didn't feel we had a warm welcome at the reception when we arrived. One day our room wasn't cleaned so we didn't receive clean towel and mats and made bed and a general clean. I went down to reception and they were not interested, and said I'll have to go to the back of the list for the evening clean & should get a room clean around 9pm... Also, on check out we asked to order a taxi hour prior to our anticipated departure to the airport and the lady on reception said we should have booked it 24h in advance, okay fine but no one told us this was the case when we arrived, plus I've stayed in Cala Dor many times and this has never been the case. The lady at reception said she can try and book one for us - come 1pm (30 before we was due to leave for the airport) I went back and asked if they had managed to book our taxi and they had no record of my request. I asked for them to call again for me and they were fully booked until 3pm that day. I asked what I should do and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said just walk 5 minutes up to the road to a taxi rank, you might get one ... might? Okay so we might make our flight then. Luckily for us we started walking towards the centre and a taxi was on his break and kindly took us to the airport.

Jag och min partner hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Alla bekvämligheter fanns där och underhållningen på kvällarna var galant! Maten var däremot rätt lika varandra varje dag och en någon större variation hade varit att önska. Men annars var allting toppen! Kan starkt rekommendera!

Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.
