Utrolig flott og romslig leilighet. Hotellet har fin beliggenhet og kan anbefales. Litt enkel frokost er det eneste som trekker litt ned.

The main impression we took away was how incredibly pleasant and helpful the reception staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would single out Veronika and Bernadette, and especially Balint, who prepared a print-out of suggested places to visit. Wonderful!

Our stay was perfect. The location is excellent, easy access to the city centre with excellent public transport links very close by. The room was exceptional, clean and very well appointed. I would highly recommend it and if I return to Budapest I will not hesitate to book again.

Grundsätzlich war alles sauber und ordentlich, aber die Zimmerreinigung zwischendurch war etwas nachlässig - ein Schlafzimmer gemacht, das andere nicht. War etwas seltsam. Aber im Allgemeinen war das Hotel und auch das Apartment bei Anreise in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war lecker. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We had a remarkable 12 day stay. The staff and hotel were fantastic,close to shops,metro,restaurant and so many adventures all around the area. Would recommend the stay.

Everything is great, from customer service, imagine the manager asking if we needed anything else to be done for us. . All the receptionists do excellent job. The entire apartment is great nothing to complain about. I would recommend and looking forward to go back.

Отдыхали в отеле 10 ночей. С 19 декабря по 29 декабря. Завтраки были включены. Всё было очень вкусно и сытно без ограничений. Персонал отеля очень приветливый всегда старался помочь нам. Номер на первом этаже с выходом в садик. Номер просторный с двумя комнатами, большой ванной и удобной двухспальной кроватью. Чистота в номере поддерживалась постоянно, включая смену белья и полотенец. Номер был оборудован индукционной плитой, стиральной машиной, посудомоечной машиной, духовым шкафом с функцией турбо гриля и микроволновки, холодильником. Всё новое и чистое. Набор посуды: две кастрюли, сковорода, столовые приборы, тарелки, миски, чашки, стаканы. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом остановка автобуса, трамвая, метро, троллейбуса. Добраться можно в любое место Будапешта. 20 минут пешком до автобуса 100Е, который идёт в аэропорт или подъехать на автобусе 105 или 210В пять минут. Нам отель очень понравился. Рекомендуем всем кто любит удобство, уют и комфорт.

El personal de recepción muy amable,la habitación impecable,el desayuno muy malo,la persona qué estaba a cargo de él dejaba de surtir alimento desde 45 min antes de qué terminara la hora del desayuno.Era muy repetitivo,eso le resta puntuación.Todo lo demás excelente.Me gustaría saber qué fue antes ahì .

Staff were great, if you needed anything they were always on hand to help. A great place to stay in a great city. Close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Room was superb.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the issues I encountered were handled poorly, and the situation only became more frustrating. Paid for a room with a bathtub which they didn’t honor. Opposite room with babies screaming and throwing objects from 5am. They couldn’t relocate me to another room. I literally paid to endure sleep deprivation. In my personal experience, the hotel director, did not manage the problem in a way that felt helpful or reassuring. Instead of working toward a real solution, I was offered a refund for two nights and encouraged to move to another hotel, which left me feeling like the goal was simply to remove the issue rather than address it. Being forced to relocate in the middle of my stay was stressful and completely unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression, and based on what I went through, I will not be returning to this hotel. Never again. I’ll make sure I remove the corp account from our company
