Great service, love the continental breakfast

Safe area, clean, good breakfast selections and a great updated large TV.

Good place to stay when traveling in the Sacramento area.

We just stayed one night,but it was everything we needed. We checked out before the continental breakfast started, but the gentleman and lady working early Sunday morning allowed us to get fresh coffee and pastries for the road. Thank you.

Low end Marriott, ok for the area. Not a business hotel. Staff is nice and polite, clean but a little dated.

George always makes me feel like I'm at my home away from home!! I stay there at least 60-70 nights per year for work.

The welcoming person at the desk set the tone for our stay: friendly & efficient. The room was spacious, such a pleasant change from other hotels. The trash can in the room had two containers - one for recycling! Hallelujah- (come on other guys!!) It was the breakfast staff that most clearly exemplified what we want when staying at a hotel: in this case they were Gracious, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast buffet had clearly taken a hit (we’d-seen guests at the elevator with multiple plates piled high with food). The sole employee working the buffet (Christina) was simply overwhelmed…. I was tempted to offer my help….. then a member of housekeeping staff (Darlene) jumped in to help. Both stayed friendly and responsive to questions and requests while restocking everything as fast as they could. My 40 year career has made me sensitive to good & bad customer service — and this effort was a master class in keeping the customers happy while fixing a problem. That’s why I know these staff members’ names — they deserve to know that they are one of the main reasons we will look for a Fairfield hotel whenever we travel.

Great stay! Kind staff, clean, really nice room, spacious. Would definitely return.

We checked in and went up to our room to find that it was occupied. Luckily we walked into the room to find the luggage, clothes and ice chest of the occupant and not the people. We went back to the front desk and they were shocked and acted like they just couldn’t believe it. They sent a person to the room to confirm it and said they needed to find who was in the room as they had no idea. Not a wat to make us feel safe or comfortable from the start.
