Good location and restaurant on site.

My Air conditioner did not work. Everything in the room was low quality

We were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in the price of the room even if was just fruit, cereal, etc. Frederickton Inn is a beautiful facility & given the opportunity, would gladly stay there again!

Very nice looking exterior but interior a little run down.

Breakfast and dinner in restaurant were delicious. Handled special requests well.

The room was clean and the staff – friendly.

This is a dingy/shabby hotel. I am ok with that because I've had great experiences in older hotels/motels when it's well-maintained and clean. Not the case here. There was some sticky substance on the desk, hair on the bathroom floor. Beds were comfy enough and clean though. The AC was horrible, so loud. We had to turn it off at night as we couldn't sleep when it was on. So quite hot. The pool was tiny, dingy, and cold. We went to the restaurant, and couldn't eat more than a few bites as it was not good. But still pricey (9$ for a cheesecake piece... expensive when you have 2 bites). It was my first time there and I will not go back.

When we got to the room we had no hand soap, I called the front desk who explained there supplier was short so they sent up some extra shower gel to use. Later we went to the pool and there was only 1 available towel at 7pm. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff I got at a "yeah we know we are running low" message. My thought was, if you know you don't have hand soap tell people at check-in or if you're low on pool towels wash more since your pool is open for another 4 hours The front end staff really just seemed not to care about the customer experience. The waitress in the dinning room however had amazing customer service which made up for the dismissal from the front desk. I wish she had of been working at the desk We've stayed here many times before and this was the worst stay so far. We are going to give it another chance in the future and if it's similar to this one we will just stay somewhere else when we are down in Fredricton

Very nice location close to everything and nice hospitality

The rooms were very clean and easy to access. The on site restaurant was delicious and everyone is very friendly.

Just finished my stay at Fredricton Inn, The rooms were clean, and spacious. Staff was professional. Its perfectly located beside the mall, has dollar-store, sports check, DQ, subway and much more. The pricing was very reasonable for the experience.

I was upgraded without any request. The restaurant was great and check in was simple and fast.

If you liked The Shining, you will love the long dark halls and suspicious smells of the Fredricton Inn. Whew...

Well overall it was okay and staff tried to accommodate, but biggest problem is all rooms are pet friendly so folks with pet allergies are not important, that being said it should of been stated upon booking , I question front desk about non pet friendly rooms and they said all rooms are pet friendly .

Very spacious front desk and room. We had good break from the hotel restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a clean older facility. We didn’t really use any of the amenities. Breakfast is not included but available to purchase if you want. Our room was quiet and had all the basics, great place to rest your head.
